Chapli KebabsAssalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu!
This recipe is for Chapli Kebabs. There are so many different kinds of kebabs out there, andthis one has it's name because it's supposed to be thin like a chapal (Pakistani slipper). Mine
were thin but could have been thinner - but oh well! They tasted really good anyway!

To start, roughly chop 1 bunch spring onions.

Blitz until finely chopped.

Add 1 pound lamb mince.
Blitz once again! (How easy is this recipe? The blender does most of the work.)

Dump the mixture into a mixing bowl, and give it a quick stir by hand to make sure everythingis combined.
Shape the kebabs into patties, and try and make them as thin as possible. Fry in hot oil untilcooked all the way through.
