This is a guide on how to change your funds using the online Customer Centre.

These accounts include the Old Mutual Wealth individual savings Account (isA), Collective investment Account (CiA), Collective investment Bond (CiB) and Collective retirement Account (CrA).

To make the guide easier to navigate, each page is marked with an icon for the option it is applicable for.

2. Tick the boxes to switch and/or redirect your account.

if you are doing a redirection only (option C), please turn to page 15 of this guide for instructions.

notes:• A switch is a change to the funds you

already have, and a redirection is a change to the fund choice into which your future regular payments will be invested.

• The redirection tick-box will only show if you are making regular payments.

1. Choose the individual funds you wish to sell using the ‘Select’ buttons, or use the ‘Select all funds’ button.

2. The funds you select will be added to the table above.

3. select ‘Go to percentage/amount to sell’ when finished.

1. enter the percentage of the fund that you wish to sell. enter 100% to sell the entire holding in that fund.

2. Or you can enter the same percentage to sell for all of the funds selected.

3. You can enter a monetary amount to sell instead of a percentage using the drop-down box.

4. select ‘Go to funds to buy’ when finished.

1. You can choose to replace all of the funds being sold with one set of new funds, or to replace each individual fund being sold with a new fund choice, by selecting the relevant box.

if you want to replace all of the funds being sold with one set of new funds (option A), please continue to the next page of this guide.

if you want to replace each individual fund being sold with a different fund choice (option B), skip to page 12 of this guide.

you wish to buy and a list of funds that match will be displayed.

2. Or, select ‘View all funds’ to pick your funds from the full list.

3. You can filter the results by fund manager or sector.

4. select the fund you want from the list. Hold down the ‘Ctrl’ or ‘Cmd’ key to select multiple funds.

5. select the ‘Add fund(s)’ button.6. The funds you choose will be added to

the table below. if you wish to remove any, tick the box next to them and select the ‘Remove’ option.

7. When you have chosen all your funds, enter the percentage you wish to invest in each of them, which must total 100%. Or select the ‘Split equally’ option.

8. select ‘Save’ when finished.

1. Check that the funds selected to buy and their percentages are correct. select the ‘edit’ button to make an amendment.

1. The replacement fund choice for the first fund to be sold is now saved. if you want to make a change, select the ‘edit’ button.

2. if you are selling more than one fund, choose new funds to replace each one by using the ‘Select funds to buy’ link that is next to it, and repeating the previous steps.

3. select the ‘Go to…’ button at the end of the page when you have chosen a new fund choice for each fund being sold.

if you are also redirecting your regular payments into a new fund choice, turn to the next page of this guide.

if you do not have regular payments set up on your account or have not chosen to redirect as part of this transaction, skip to page 16.

if you have regular payments set up on your account, you can change the funds that will be bought with these payments in the future.

1. if you have chosen to redirect your account as part of a switch, the fund choice you selected earlier for the switch is shown. select the ‘edit’ button to alter the funds or their percentages.

2. Or choose ‘Select new funds for redirection’ to pick different funds for your regular payments. This will be the only option if you are not switching funds at the same time.

3. select the ‘Go to review and submit’ button to proceed.

1. We will confirm that your instruction has been received and provide you with a reference number.

2. You can print or save a Transaction report.

3. select ‘Finish and return to service selection’ to return to the My Accounts page.

1. To view instructions you have saved or submitted, go to ‘Review my instruction’ from the My Accounts page.

2. When your instruction to change your funds has completed, confirmation of the details will be posted in the ‘See my documents’ section. An alert will be sent to your email address when it is ready to view.

notes:• If you have one account, the ‘Review

my instruction’ and ‘See my documents’ options will be shown on the My Accounts page.

• If you have more than one account, select ‘View my account’, and the ‘Review instruction’ option will show.

1. You can finish a saved instruction by selecting it and going through the steps again.

2. Or use the ‘Delete’ button if you no longer require it.

3. select the pending or completed instructions that have been submitted to us to view details of what was entered and print a Transaction report.

note:instructions to change funds can only be deleted if they have been saved and not yet submitted. Once the instruction has been submitted to us, it cannot be amended or deleted.
