Project Objectives
Conduct an audit of the current approval process, to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
Design of new and modified systems and processes
which will then be built and implemented .by November 2011

Desired outcomes
New procedures.
IT system (preferably web-based) to manage the process and its workflows with features to ensure that:
submissions are of high quality;
key assessment metrics around infrastructure, costs, likely EFTSL and readiness are captured and compulsory before any submission proceeds;
submission status can be tracked throughout the process.
