Dignity Health’s Community Oral Health Program provides preventive care including free examinations, x-rays, cleaning, sealants, fluoride varnish, and oral health education for low income children first tooth-18. Oral health screenings and fluoride varnish also available to children 0-5 during our Thursday immunization clinics. St. Vincent de Paul provides no-cost restorative services including fillings, pulpectomies (root canal on primary tooth), crowns and basic extractions. Eligible children must be uninsured, live in Chandler and/or attend a CUSD school, and be referred by the Chandler Children’s Dental Clinic preventive program.
Family Resource Center: Providing resources, referrals and programs for families in the Chandler area, the CARE Center Family Resource Center is proud to provide fun, interactive classes for children 0-5 and their parents.
Community Based Parent Education: Providing evidence-based programming forparents of children 0-5.
Benefits Enrollment Assistance: Assistance applying for AHCCCS (Medicaid),SNAP (Food Stamps), TANF (Cash Assistance) and KidsCare.

ChandlerThe Children’s Medical Clinic is staffed entirely by volunteer medical professionals and serves uninsured Chandler youth and/or CUSD students birth – 18. Services include:•acute-care medical treatment•well-child check-ups•sports physicals•chiropractic care •Strep tests•TB skin tests for CUSD staff and students working in CUSD programs•Hearing and vision screening in partneship with Chandler Regional Medical Center’s Building Blocks for Children Program•Immunizations provided by Chandler Regional Medical Center
The CARE Center Food Bank provides emergency food up to twice per month for Chandler households. Every Thursday we hold our Farmers Market, offering fresh fruits, vegetables, bread and other perishable items to families in need. Our Food Bank is supported by generous community donors and volunteers.
