TERMS & CONDITIONS

Delivery, setup and break down Labour and delivery charges are inclusive in the hire price of each Chandelier within Sydney CBD, Monday to Friday during normal business hours of 9am to 5pm.

Delivery and set up outside of these times is subject to a wages supplement.All costs in our brochure are quoted per light. Some Chandeliers are transported without crystal and need to be dressed on site. In this instance additional on site dressing and set up time should be allowed for. For our large chandelier, Queen Elizabeth, we have to allow 3 hrs for setup and 1 hr for break down. This installation set up requires 3 installers.Due to the size and weight of this chandelier a chin block is required for hanging. This can be provided by chandeliers to die for if required, $50.00. Any delays that are caused at the hire venue during delivery, setup and breakdown, through no fault of our own, will be charged at $60 per hour, per person.

Rigging the chandelier onto the ceiling Together with the chandeliers we supply sealed link chain and OHS rated shackles.Please be aware are hire prices do not include the cost of rigging the chandelier to the temporary ceiling rigging point, or running the electrics, rushing or dimmer supply however we quote to do all this or arrange this for you if you require.

We do not always require a licensed rigger for our hire work and so it is advised you organise a qualified rigging team to assist during chandelier installation.

Due to the fragile nature and high costs of the crystal chandeliers, when using alternative riggers to our trained chandelier rigging team we require that one of our members is onsite during installation and breakdown advising and assisting the rigging crew where needed. Any breakages incurred when chandeliers are moved without our team onsite will be charged at cost, plus labour. Please email us your details including Venue, dates, times of delivery and pick up for your free quotation.
