Forthoseathleteslookingforthefullall-starexperience,ourcompetitivestreamteamsstartattheageof8.Competitiveathletestraintwiceperweek,withaportionofpracticetimededicatedtotumblingskills.Theycompetein5-6competitionsperseason,withsomeovernighttravel.Spaceislimitedonallofourcompetitiveteamsandthereareminimumskillrecommendations(seebelow)tobeplacedwithinthecompetitivestream.Asignificanttimeandfinancialcommitmentisexpectedofallofourcompetitiveathletesandparents.

Ourverypopularchoreographycamptraditioncontinues!ThisseasonourhostlocationwillremainatMuskokaWoodsSportsResort.Allfeesforthiseventhavebeenincludedintheyearlytuition,includingbustransportation.ThebuswillleavetheMississaugagymearlyafternoononFriday,September16thandreturnbacktothegymSunday,September18thintheevening.Allcompetitiveathletesarerequiredtoattendcamp.Thiscampisagreatopportunityforathletestoparticipateinteambondinggamesandactivities.Throughoutthecamp,teamswilllearntheirroutinechoreography.AllmealsfromFridaydinnerthroughtoSundaylunchwillbeprovided.

INDYS/DUOSSTUNTGROUPSCCAwillbeselectingathletestorepresentourprograminthespecialtydivisionforseason15.AthleteswilltrainfromNovembertoMayfor30minutesonceaweek.TheseIndys/Duosandstuntgroupswillcompeteattwocompetitionsthroughouttheseason.Thecostofthisprogramwillcoverinstruction,choreography,musicandcompetitionfees.AthleteswithaboveaverageskillsetsandstrongperformancecapabilitieswillbeselectedinSeptemberandgiventheopportunitytoformpairsorstuntgroupswithcoachesguidance.

SUMMERRECCHEERNewthisyear!Wewillbeofferingreccheerclassesoverthesummermonths.ThisisagreatintroductoryclassforcheerleadingwhereathleteswillfocusontheFUNdamentalsofcheer!Classeswillbe4weeksinlengthoverthemonthsofJulyandAugust.Each4-weeksessionwillbe$49.99plusHSToryoucandropintoanyclassfor$15.00perclass.

TUMBLINGJune–August:Drop-intumblingclasseswillbeavailableonThursdayevenings.Theregistrationfeewillbe$45plusHST,plusa$5dropinfeeperclassforCCAathletes,and$10fornon-CCAathletes.September–April:Allcompetitiveathleteswillhavetumblingworkedintotheirteampracticetime.Additionaldrop-inclasseswillbeavailablethroughouttheseason.

Pleasenote:allathleteswillbeevaluatedduringtheassessments,andgiventheirappropriatelevelclassforregistration.Alltumblingregistrationwillopenup3weeksbeforeclassesbegin.

ELITEWearebeyondexcitedtointroduceCCA’snextELITEteam,PINKPO15ON!ThisteamwillcompeteintheSeniorLevel4divisionthroughoutthe2016-2017season.InApril2017,thisteamwillbetravelingtoVancouver,B.C.tocompeteattheSeatoSkyChampionships.ElitewillalsoattendasummerskillscampinAugust2016whereathleteswillhavetheopportunitytotrainwithSpringTumbling!Wearelookingforwardtoafantasticandmemorable15thseason,andtobeabletoshowtheWestCoastwhatCCAismadeof!
