Youth are jobless and fled to foreign country for job or higher education and settle there for job

Findings

• Students and the youths needs to be focused on one subject or topic and provided with experimental education

• They need to be focused on the job related to their subject

• Give platform for the related job and

• Sought for the best result

• It is a research center having dedicated team

• Emerging students are made capable of being advance researchers

• They are given platform to perform research in the centre or are referred to the related organization

• The youth are employed in the centre for the essential activities

Preparation of platform and Requirements

• Get the area for research

• Establish of research centre

• Arrange all the requirements

• Arrange the youth staff and other staff

• Prepare for the platforms and youth are called for ideas or for research on the topics set by us

Research/Sought for idea

• Sought for the insight attitude (IA)

• Select the researcher as IA

• Define their field

• Create the technique/strategy

• Show the target

• Give unlimited support

• Provide a related job or refer to organization

Outcomes

• Establishment of a research centre

• Production of researcher

• Recognition of research work at national and international level

• Get their dreams to come into reality and capacitated

• Youth get involved in different job inside the centre

Researcher Result

• Researcher research on emerging field and other cross cutting issues

• Get devoted until and unless result is achieved

• Dissemination of results, publication and other deliverables

Finally

• Upgrading research capability and skills in the country

• Methods and techniques for streamlining research will be initiated

• 24-hours laboratory facility will be established

• Above 500 young researchers and youth are involved in the centre

• Youths will be employed 8-10 hours per day and over time as needed
