Nini Gridley, MS Ed, BFRP is a Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher, and dynamic workshop leader. She is a founding faculty member of Sacred Centers, the premier training program on the chakras, and currently teaches at Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA.
