Dual Credit
In order to receive 5 high school elective credits for your Chaffey College course, you must provide the following: Course Agreement Form Official (unopened, sealed) Chaffey College Transcript First 2 copies are free $5 per transcript after first 2
The high school credits are not weighted
Course Agreement & Chaffey Transcript Request Form
Turn the Course Agreement with your official, sealed Chaffey College transcript to the Ayala Records Office.
Take Courses Directly @ Chaffey College
Three campuses to choose from:
1- Complete your registration form(s).2- Request your official Ayala HS transcript from the Records Office.3- Turn in your registration form AND official transcript by the deadline(s) to Ms. Bracci.4- Log on to “My Chaffey” to verify your class registration the week before class begins.

1- Complete the online CCC Apply/Chaffey College Application today.
3- You will receive your Chaffey College ID number within 72 hours – KEEP THIS NUMBER IN A SAFE PLACE.
4- Complete Chaffey College registration form(s).5- Request your official Ayala HS transcript from the Records Office.6- Turn in your registration form AND official transcript by the deadline to Ms. Bracci.7- Log on to “My Chaffey” to verify your class registration before class begins.8- First week of class you will receive the mandatory student orientation.
