Break Off, Time OutOctober isn’t a holiday season. The only October holidays in greater China, if you live here, are those for the PRC National Day and Chung Yeung Festival. Work hard, play hard: in this lengthy, work-heavy month, you may somehow want to take a break off work and enjoy a little bit. Therefore, here we are, again.Some people say, “Beer gives energy.” In order to find the widest, freshest, most quenching collections of beer, you should follow our recommendations listed in the Beer Feature, in which we bring you many of the popular beer options – from Ale to Cider – that are accessible in Macau. While many of them are found in restaurants and eateries, you can escalate your experience by pairing your beer with great, sumptuous dishes. Of course, we cannot forget the annual Oktoberfest Macau at MGM, which runs from 15 to 25 October. By the time this magazine was out, tickets had been sold out; but alas, you can still try your luck.If you are more a fashionista than a gourmand, flip to our shopping section for we have great previews for you on both local and international products. The long-anticipated Studio City is opening end of this month, probably there’s no reason for us not to tell you what you’ll experience there, particularly in the shopping mall. For events, as usual, there are lots of them happening in the city: Grand Prix, expos, and wait, LEGO Exhibition is coming to Macau! It’s simply not-to-be-missed.Never overload yourself but enjoy some good time with your loved ones.

Feel the charm of magic in Macau

Magic is an entertainment performance that anyone from the ages of 3 to 80 can enjoy! The magicians always bring infinite joy to

their audience with fascinating trickery. Starting this October, you will be surprised to find more amazing magic shows available in Cotai.Studio City Macau, opening on October 27, unveils the very first and possibly only large-scaled magic show - The House of Magic - in Macau. It is curated and hosted by the world famous illusionist, Franz Harary and his fellows. They offer the audience a spellbinding journey of magical entertainment by leading them into the 3-theater arena where they will be amazed by many spectacular highlights, including “The Laboratory” - a mysterious magician workshop, “The Majestic” - which has a Golden Age of Vaudeville theme, “The Lair” - a theater with an essence of the Middle Ages, “The Mega Magic Theater” designed by Franz Harary himself, “The House of Magic Boutique” in the Victorian style, and “Shanghai Magic” which offers a totally unique culinary experience with numerous tricks.In addition to the regular magic shows, Cyril, the renowned pioneer in close-up magic, will show up at Macau’s Broadway theater to begin his world tour performance, Cyril Magic New Century. Cyril is known as one of the most creative and influential illusionists in the world, as he is good at incorporating stories into his performance. Moreover, his magic TV show has been a pioneering initiative for the past decades. This time in Macau, he is going to interact with his audience, bringing them tantalizingly close to the illusionary theatrics that have been recognized as classics on his TV show. He will also bring fresh new illusions, so that with immerse experience, people of all ages can easily feel the charm and fun of magic.

10月27日开幕的新濠影汇带来全澳门首个及唯一大型驻场魔术

汇演“魔幻间”，由享誉全球的魔术大师法兰兹．哈拉瑞(Franz Harary)率领多位魔术师于布局精妙的三个魔幻剧院为观众呈献独

特的魔幻体验。其中的魔术汇演亮点包括魔术师神秘工作坊“The Laboratory”、以音乐杂耍的黄金时代(The Golden Age of Vaudeville)

为主题的“The Majestic”、中世纪风格的剧院“The Lair”、魔术

大师法兰兹．哈拉瑞亲自设计的“The Mega Magic Theater”、维多

利亚式装潢的魔术店“The House of Magic Boutique”和巧设魔术机

关布置的餐厅“上海魅影”。

除了常设的魔术演出以外，知名近景魔术先驱者Cyril将于12月5日及

6日亲临澳门“百老汇舞台”，举行其首站世界巡回表演《Cyril:零距离魔幻新世纪》。 Cyril 被誉为当今最具创意和影响力的魔术师之

一，他的表演充满故事性，其魔术表演电视节目在过去十多年更是开

又是入秋长跑好时节，澳门不少

酒店都会举办自己的跑步运动，

让员工和澳门市民一起参与，一

边做运动一边为不同的慈善机构

募集款项，让更多人受益。澳门

四季酒店即将在11月8日举办一

年一度的“四季乐善行”，并在

该日前后时段推出配合秋跑的套

餐让一家大小都可以快乐参与。

和往年一样，四季乐善行主要活

动包括5.6公里个人跑和3公里的

家庭写意行，今年已经来到第

七个年头，每年都有不少澳门家

庭举家参与其中，关于餐饮活动

的款项收益都会拨捐为善款，去

年就成功为镜湖医院癌症支援工

作及恩慈院儿童之家的儿童照顾

服务募集到不少经费。在活动现

场，恩慈院儿童之家每年都会让

小朋友充当工作人员，所以你可

以看到不少年纪小小的“秩序维

持员”在场工作。基本上入住恩

慈院的小孩都是有家庭问题，不

少更是过度活跃症和读写障碍的

儿童，所以要有加倍的爱心才能

让他们过上更好的生活，而这种

能和人接触的活动则是不错的学

习机会。因此，四季乐善行是多

举多得的好活动，不单能让一家

人的感情更好，也可以锻炼身体

以及帮到有需要的人群。

the fall weather makes long-distance running feel like a refreshing treat. During this season, quite a few hotels in Macao will host

their own running race to encourage participation of staff and citizens. Through the large-scale sports engagement and funds raised for various charity groups, the benefits will be distributed to many social sectors. On Nov. 8th, the Four Season Hotel Macao will launch its annual charity run “Run of Hope” and offer a Family Walk package which is meant for autumn running to get families healthy and active.With the usual 5.6 KM Individual Run and 3 KM Family Walk, the Run of Hope celebrates its seventh year of getting Macau families active and involved. Fund raising during the event will be donated to all forms of philanthropy such as the cancer supporting research in Kiang Wu Hospital and child-care services of Kindness Children Playhouse. On site at the event, you can always find children volunteering who are actually from the Kindness Children Playhouse. The event provides learning opportunities for these children through interactions with others, as many of them suffer from either family issues or physical challenges like Hyperactivity and Dyslexia. Only with extra love and care from society can these children lead a better life. The Run of Hope, hosted by the Four Seasons Hotel, is just the event to help strengthen family relationships, get people healthy, and raise funds for good causes.

“石头说话”展览馆 maP PavILIoN eXHIbITIoN

“石头说话”展览是一次探讨全球性现代建筑、城市和公共空间方面

的艺术征集成果展示。接收到全球超过五十份建议书，最后评选出

João Ó 和 Rita Machado的大型建筑作品作展示，这个临时的竹结构

尝试去解答市民和城市之间的联系。这个称为“三胞树”的竹制品，

尝试去模彷稀有的连生三棵树的形态，故取此名字，相连的树荫部分

能固定这个装置。由于这个装置体积较大，能够作为空间介入品，放

在公众空间并让市民作户外活动之用。

MAP pavilion is the result of a worldwide open call for artists. From more than 50 proposals from all over the world, BABEL has selected the large-scale architectural pavilion by João Ó and Rita Machado. This temporary bamboo structure attempts to address the enactment between the citizens and the urban landscape. This temporary bamboo structure, entitled “Treeplets”, attempts to mimic the rarity of identical triplets in the form of three random trees, hence the word play of the title, and whose canopies are joined together, enabling the structural solidity of the whole installation. Given its sheer size, it is a public space intervention which aims at activating the outdoor activities of the local community at various levels.

“游乐园”是一套三个专为小朋友而设、具有弹力和色彩缤纷的空间

装置，将会放置在澳门的公共空间中，就彷如一个人形般大小的乐高

在海滩上的一个浮标。

“Like the Architects”由一群葡国籍建筑师组成，试图以一些非常

规的材料去制作一些临时的设施，是“玩艺术的建筑师”。例如在

贝伦文化中心的一个用金属罐和LED灯造成的安迪·沃荷博物馆，

或是在沃尔公园的特别的交通“雪糕筒”。总部办公室设在波尔

图，“Like the Architects”曾参与很多项目，从2011年在里斯本佩

德罗四世广场到贝伦皇宫的圣誔灯饰，去年的阿姆斯特丹灯光艺术

节，还有最近在中国赢得了一个室内设计比赛的几个奖项。

playLAND is a set of three bouncy and colourful spatial interventions geared for children in the public space of Macau, that make a human scale lego out of beach buoys.LIKEarchitects are a collective of Portuguese architects that stands out for trying unconventional materials in temporary facilities and are known as “the architects who make art.” Examples? An Andy Warhol museum with metal cans, a facility with LED bulbs in the Centro Cultural de Belém or traffic cones in Walls park. The office of Porto has illuminated various locations: from Christmas lights in 2011, at Praça D. Pedro IV in Lisbon, through the Palace of Belém, last year, Amsterdam Light Festival and more recently, they were winners of a prize for the best interior design in a competition in China.

石头说话澳门建筑的前世今生Macau Architecture Promenade 2015十月正好是澳门国际建筑月，非牟利组织巴别塔将会举办“石头说

话－澳门建筑的前世今生”的系列活动，这是一个遍布全城，有关建

筑、城市和公共空间的活动，并透过讨论城市公共空间内建筑、设计

及艺术之关联；以及探讨城市文化、城市实验及创新实践，藉此激发

关于城市的新思考模式。

The Macau Architecture Promenade (MAP) is a month long, citywide celebration of architecture, design and art in the public space. MAP celebrates urban culture, experimentation, innovative practices in order to inspire new ways of thinking about the city. MAP takes place in October, the international month of Architecture, and offers unprecedented access to our city architecture & heritage through guided visits and tours to specially selected building or old quarters by historians, architects, artists, designers and curators. MAP also presents a program of exhibitions, talks, films, workshops, and art interventions in the public space.

拾回谢安琪Missing Kay 2015 World Tour Macao

最近一首唱到街知巷闻的《罗生门》，让人牢牢

记住了这个击破情人梦的洒脱少女声音：谢安

琪。而真实世界里的她却是早已经为人妻为人母，且

在乐坛整整默默耕耘了十年有多，“我歌故我在”，

不忘初心的Kay，是当今粤语乐坛女天后中一个不容置

疑的代表。所以，带着十年的荣耀，Kay将在黄金十月

再次来到澳门举办个唱《拾回谢安琪·数爱世界巡迴

演唱会》，为澳门及内地歌迷带来一个难以忘怀的金

曲之夜。

这次以新专辑来命名的演唱会将于2015年10月10日

假澳门威尼斯人的金光综艺馆举行，关于第十三张

专辑《数爱》名字，源自于谢安琪本人的点子：因

国语的“帅”字跟“数爱”的拼音相同，她自此记

着这个有趣的点子，并希望将在游历华语歌坛多年

来所认识、喜爱、被其慑服的音乐人都可以被邀请

合作参与到这张专辑中，细数之，珍爱之。记录自己

华语歌坛的心路历程。林俊杰、方大同、李荣浩、胡

彦斌、HUSH等“帅”气才子均已被邀请参与到《数

爱》的制作。所以这次的演唱会也是万众期待，除新

歌外，阿Kay也会为观众带来多首首本名曲。

could break the lovers’ hearts. Kay Tse in real life has been married and working in the music industry for over ten years. Kay, who believes “I sing, therefore I live” and won’t let go of her initial determination, is a force to be reckoned with among female stars in the Cantonese music circle. With a decade’s worth of hits, Kay will return to Macau in October to hold her solo concert - Missing Kay:Counting Love World Tour, giving her fans from Macau and mainland an unforgettable night with fabulous songs.The concert, shares the name of her new album, will be held at the Cotai Arena at the Venetian Macao. The name of her thirteenth album originates from Kay herself: the pronunciation of both “Handsome” and “Counting love” are identical in Mandarin Chinese Mandarin: “Shuai”. She invited all the musicians she appreciates and admires in the Mando-pop scene to participate into this album. It is a record of her touching story in Mando-pop and a time to count and cherish those she cares about. The “Shuai” singers like JJ Lin, Khalil Fong, Ronghao Li, Anson Hu, and HUSH are all featured on the album Counting Love. Besides the new songs, Kay will also perform many of her classics for the audience.

声中游走，访寻一个传奇古巴乐队的音乐故

事。点题的“远景俱乐部”则是一个位于古

巴的俱乐部，在1940年代成为音乐家聚会和

演奏的热门地点。影片荣获奥斯卡最佳纪录

片提名，并成功把古巴音乐推向世界。如果

Bigbang’s first ever concert at The Venetian Macao will definitely attract enormous interest from people around the region as they become the talk of the town! 教室树的一生2D/3D》。《虫虫教室树的一

生2D/3D》是一部寓教于乐的球幕电影，让

观众体验及了解奇妙的树木世界。故事由两

隻趣怪的卡通人物:瓢虫德洛莉丝及萤火虫马

克为你娓娓道来。

节目中两位小主角会以有趣的方式向观众介

绍牠们从学校学到的知识，讲解树木怎样反

地心吸力将水从地下输送到树冠、光合作用

的运作过程，以及树木如何透过产生氧气，

来确保地球的生物多样性。德洛莉丝和马克

会与其他昆虫小朋友一起带领观众踏上一次

冒险之旅，尝试从昆虫的角度去探索世界。

Macao Science Center presents an all-new dome show “The Life of Trees” at the Planetarium.“The Life of Trees” is an entertaining and educational full dome show. The two quirky animated characters: a ladybug called Dolores and a firefly called Mike will be the teachers, and share what they learn from school to the audience. They will explain how they transport water against gravity to the top of the crown, and how photosynthesis works and how trees enabled diverse life on earth by producing oxygen. Dolores and Mike together with their other insect friends will lead audience to an adventurous journey, exploring the world from the view of an insect.

“放胸“胸围装置展 “Free Yourself” brA exHIbItIoN 即日起至11月1日 Till NOv 1

虽然亚洲女性，尤其是保守的澳门女性还远远不能像

欧美女性那样大呼要“解放”胸部，但是随着女性在

社会地位的提高，近年来不少展览也大胆地倡导着各

种以往不敢探讨的话题，例如由本地艺社澳门足各艺

术社近日策划的“放胸”胸围装置展，就是一种女性

主义的最佳展示。展品包括30位不同年龄层的女性

专访，以及展现FREE YOURSELF概念的胸围装置等

等。该社为了收集装置的物料，于今年六月起便开始

进行“DATE你捐BRA”内衣捐赠活动，得到澳门广大

巿民的支持及捐予。

“ 放胸 ” 胸围装置展是一个关于女性与胸围的展

览。“女性”这一词一直以来就已存在很多注释，西

蒙•波娃曾在《第二性》中说过“我们不是生来就是

女人，我们学会成为女人”。在学会成为女性角色的

过程中，胸围作为女人必不可少的物品，有其象征意

义。从胸围穿戴的看法上，从胸围的保护与束缚的特

质上，衍生出本次展览的主题：女人不同的个人选择

会呈现何种面貌；在现今社会背景下，在“女性”原

有的无形限制下，女人又是如何体现个人选择的自由

意志，如何正视这种“无形的限制”。期待透过展

览，女人能够真正思考自身在社会的存在价值。

When compared to their European and American peers who strongly advocate the breast liberation, Asian women, especially in conservative Macau, tend to shy away. The exhibition includes interviews of 30 women of different age groups as well as bra styles publicizing the FREE YOURSELF concept. To collect the items for exhibition, this association has started the “ DATE YOU FOR BRA” activity for bra donation since June, to much support from Macau citizens.“Free Yourself” bra exhibition is about women and their breasts. Historically the term “woman” has multiple interpretations, one of which is mentioned by Simone Beauvoir in The Second Sex: “one is not born a woman, but becomes one”. During the process of embracing womanhood, the bra has evolved into a meaningful symbol of femininity. The theme of this exhibition derives from views upon wearing bra and the bra’s dual properties of protection and bondage: what aspects will the female present with individual choices; under the current social background and the intangible constraints for being a “female”, how women show their free will of choice and confront the “intangible constraints”. Hopefully this exhibition will help women everywhere reflect on what it means to be female in modern society.

“探讨韦先礼”建筑展览“DiSCOVERing ManuEL ViCEnTE” an aRCHiTECTuRaL

澳门现代建筑学会与澳门设计中心共同呈

献“探讨韦先礼”建筑展览，该展览展示了

建筑师韦先礼在四十年间对澳门建筑发展的

贡献，并影响着澳门建筑设计的进步，以及

整个城市迈向都市化层面的步伐。从多样的

作品中你可以了解到建筑师在澳门社会急速

发展中所产生的挑战和机遇，他们又该如何

饰演好自己的社会角色。

葡裔建筑师韦先礼于上世纪60年代来澳，在

澳执业40多年，设计了大量具艺术价值的

建筑作品，其中包括黑沙环消防局、世界贸

易中心及澳广视大楼等，对澳门建筑产生的

影响可谓无远弗届，在公开探讨之前却并不

为公众所熟知。通过这次展示多年成果的展

览，观众不但能看到大师的成果，更能从中

反思其对公民责任感的建立、城市化发展及

建筑设计范畴的进步所作的贡献。

DOCOMOMO Macau and Macau Design Center present “Discovering Manuel Vicente”: An Architectural Exhibition. Throughout four decades, the intervention of Architect Manuel Vicente has had an extensive contribution to the reflection on the city in Macau, both at the level of Architecture, Urbanism and the role of the Architect in responding to the constant challenges of a changing society. The dimension of his intervention, which is both material and immaterial, hasn’t been fully explored and understood. The exhibition intends to raise that reflection and debate on the contribution of the Master`s thinking to the sphere of Civic Intervention, Urbanism and Architecture.

我们的美好时代——服设四人展OuR “BELLE ÉPOquE” ExHiBiTiOn OF MaCaO FaSHiOn DESign

该展览展示四个在澳门长大的服装设计师作

品，他们分别是：黄敏仪、植说、梁敏婷、

许伊莎等。四个不同性格的个体，同样在澳

门那个物质不太充裕但却纯朴美好的年代中

成长，受着不同文化的冲击和洗礼，多少有

着相似的梦想。今天，在社会文化改变的洪

流中，四人汇聚在一起，各自用不同的方

式，静静地诉说那个时代的美好回忆。

展览透过四位设计师的服装联展，将服装设

计带进社区，面向市民，传达出艺术源于

生活的理念。每位设计师透过不同的创作

手法，阐述各自的自我意识，让观赏者能通

过作品的呈现产生共鸣，找回自已的美好回

忆。

The group exhibition will bring fashion design into local community by showcasing clothing designs by the four artists. The exhibition hopes to communicate the idea that “art comes from life”. 香港著名旅游美食专栏作家纪晓华先生拍下

的黑白照片，将其镜头下的法国景点、风土

人情、生活情怀一併带到澳门。作品表现出

纪晓华先生对法国情有独钟，纪晓华先生的

相片细腻地展现法国浓厚的生活情怀，他特

意选择在清晨拍摄，在最宁静的时分用镜头

与当地人沟通，捕捉每一个专属且无比动人

的“个人时刻”。

Bringing the essence of French culture to Macau through the lens of Walter Kei, more than 80 photos from the “Réminiscence Moments à France by Walter Kei” will be displayed throughout The Ritz-Carlton Café and part of The Promenade, Macau’s latest luxury shopping destination. The curation of analogue black and white stills from his exploration of France, encapsulate his fascination and appreciation towards the country. Opting to shoot during the early hours of the day to communicate with local French through his camera, and to capture intimate and personal moments, Walter Kei’s photos convey the magic of French Savoir-Vivre both sincerely and elegantly.

How do you see your previous collaborations with other famous musicians?We have collaborated with many big names in Europe, particularly in Portugal. All these contributions have been important levers for increasing our career, as well as driving to the exploration of new aesthetic creation.

What are your expectations for your concert in macau?It will be our debut in Macau! The expectation is huge given the historical cultural relationship. We are proud to show Macau another facet of contemporary Portuguese culture.

any future projects?Our next record issue is the recording of live concerts that we have made this year with the Orquestra Filarmonia das Beiras. The recording of a new studio album will follow.

What actually is the accordion?Early accordion instrument is the Sheng - Chinese ancient instrument. Moreover, the accordion can be seen as a natural extension of our lungs driven by the arms. It is therefore a very intimate musical instrument, what can be interesting to be explored by the oriental culture.

How would you encourage macau music talents?The best advice we can give to them, taking in advance our own choice, is to avoid copying models: risk new formations and new aesthetic, crossing tradition with modernity.

DO以传统乐器演奏新式音乐：我们深明手风琴的民俗感，希望发挥

Cguide is very honoured to have an exclusive interview with Danças Ocultas (DO), the Portuguese musicians performing in the coming International Music Festival.

How did you come up with this innovative style of the accordion?Danças Ocultas makes a new music to an old instrument: We started composing to the band getting out of the instrument’s folkloric tradition and tried to look for the natural wills of the instrument.

When and how was Do born?We started in 1989 in Águeda, a little town in North of Portugal. Our first CD was edited in 1996 and first international concert in 1997.

Hailed as a true international music ambassador, the Mahler Chamber Orchestra (MCO) brings its artistic mastery and refined musicianship to the 29th Macao International Music Festival. Established with support from Claudio Abbado in 1997, the MCO has developed into one of the most artistically inspiring and successful ensembles on the international classical music scene. The ensemble has made 28 CD recordings and its members hail from 20 different countries. Significant artistic partnerships include the conductors Daniele Gatti, Teodor Currentzis and Daniel Harding, composer George Benjamin, and soloists Leif Ove Andsnes and Isabelle Faust.

陕北妹子王二妮，她以甜美、清脆的歌声，以

新高。《黄土谣》将在北京歌舞剧院民族乐团

伴奏下，连同“宝”与“妮”两位原生态民歌

China’s northwest features a unique environment and living conditions, rich in folk traditions and elements, and is the birthplace of a large number of folk singers. A Bao, from Shaanxi Province, dazzled the audience with his singing mastery at the 2006 CCTV Spring Festival Gala, becoming a famous name in China. He was later also invited to sing in Salzburg. Wang Erni, also from Shaanxi, charms with her sweet and clear voice, and her image of a simple young girl touched the hearts of audiences at the 2011 CCTV Individual Vocal Concert, creating new records to the show’s ratings.The Orchestra presents Loess Ballads , alongside two representatives of Chinese ethnic folk songs, A B ao and Wang Erni, allowing the audience to enjoy the unique charm of the flavors of the Loess plateau.

The Palms lobby bar of Sheraton Macao has recently launched a new Pairing menu highlighting imaginative combinations including 8 crafted beers with 8 small plates. A very intense experience of food and drinks comes reccommended by Yong Tin-King, a famous HK film and theatre star.Yong said he was not an extreme fan of beers, but never missed the chance to try something delicious and new, for example the cool free-combination of the Pairs. After several tries, he recommended the Amber Beer of Bredog 5 am saint with tomato toast and dried hams. “ I love the beer for its lack of bitter taste, yet with a little fragrance of Moscato and light flavor of sweet lingering in mouth. A small piece of ham before drinking will enhance the texture of the beer. A totally different taste.” Yong explained.Macau lady Joyce made another recommendation: black riggwelter ale and grilled kurobuta pork ribes in HK style. “ Everyone has their own taste when it comes to beer, I prefer black sheep riggwelter ale because it looks normal but leaves a light flavor of caramel in your mouth. ” she stated. Pauwel kwak from Belgium is also her favorite not only for its complicated flavor and a trace of honey and fresh taste, but the unique oval glasses on the rack. You need to lift up the whole rack for drinking. Such a classic cowboy experience.

的啤酒完全很不一样。”杨天经表示。

同场的另一澳门美女饮家 Joyce 则推荐 black sheep riggwelter ale 搭配港式避风塘式烧黑豚猪肋骨组合, “

啤酒都很看个人口味，我比较喜欢样子普通，但入口有

淡淡焦糖味的 black sheep riggwelter ale。”此外，她

也被比利时啤酒 Pauwel kwak所吸引，除了啤酒口感丰

富，有淡淡的蜜糖甜味和爽口的口感以外，它还以一个

造型非常奇特─挂在架子上的椭圆形杯子承载，想要喝

After two years of preparation, Fook Lam Moon, the top-notch brand of Cantonese Cuisine which

is highly renowned in both Hong Kong and abroad, has finally opened in Galaxy Macau. You can now experience the enjoyment of savouring the finest Cantonese cuisines with a heritage of nearly half a century here in Macau. Fook Lam Moon was founded in 1948 by Mr. Chui Fook Chuen. Its first restaurant in Wan Chai and its second branch in Tsim Sha Tsui have been held in high esteem by social elites. The newly opened Fook Lam Moon in Macau marks the third branch of the brand. Founder Mr. Chui Fook Chuen, who became an apprentice at the age of 14, quickly ascended to a house chef for an ex-bureaucrat of the Qing Dynasty residing in Hong Kong. Following this position, he became the head chef for the prominent Ho Tung family. Chui then set up his own catering service “Fook Kee”, which was the predecessor of Fook Lam Moon. 福临门酒家在1948年由徐福全先生创立，继香港湾仔

及尖沙嘴两店赢尽口碑后，第三家就是澳门银河的全

新分店。徐福全先生自十四岁入行当学徒，迅即成为

当时清朝官邸家厨，更曾在名门何东家族担任主厨，

后来他自立门户成立“福记”开展到会服务，这也是

福临门的前身。1953年，福临门正式挂名，现在的

餐厅布置和餐具都有大大的“蝙蝠”图案，也就是寓

意“福鼠临门”。

but in the mid-night after all the vibes and funs? Yes. With the recent opening of “The Darling Buds of May”, it is now possible. “Mid-night yum-cha has long not been something new,” said the owner. “It only became less attractive with emerging new entertainment trends, which is why we want to revive the culture and introduce it to younger groups.” In order to fully present a traditional environment, every detail was closely observed: Chinese furniture, bamboo fences, gold-plated birdcages, and wallpaper in traditional garden themes. The menu is designed to turn on your appetite by the provision of delicate desserts, double-boiled soups, and delicious dim sum. On a recent magical mystery tour, Bob Campbell, Master of Wine and Mr New Zealand visited Macau together with the lovely Helen Masters from Ata Rangi for a great autumn feast of New Zealand food and wine. Bob Campbell founded the Wine Gallery, an Auckland based wine school in 1990 and is widely regarded as New Zealand’s foremost wine educator and

wine critic. Over 22,000 people have attended wine courses and wine seminars run by Bob Campbell throughout New Zealand and the world. Helen Masters is the talented and full of energy head winemaker at Ata Rangi. She makes one of the iconic wines

from New Zealand, all from the small winery that is located at the bustling town of Martinborough that has a population of approx. 950 people. Ata Rangi, meaning “dawn sky” or “new beginning” is a winery that is certainly building an international reputation for great PInot Noir and impressive Chardonnay.

On the palate this full bodied wine has it a range of tropical fruits including mango and melon, green apples and citrus fruits. Yummy!

饮用。Marion’s Vineyard grapes are hand- picked, 100% de-stemmed, cold-maceration with small batch fermentation and left on “skins” for 3 weeks. This brilliant wine has aromas of red fruits and leather notes. On the palate, layers of fresh red berries and sweet spice of anise with some earthy mushroom undertones. Great length and will keep for many years but utterly drinkable now.

On the palate the clean, soft, full entry builds with layers of fresh black berries and sweet spice of cinnamon. The wine is approachable and flavoursome, and delivers a lingering smooth finish that keeps you coming back for more.

The principal quality of Sauvignon Blanc is its youthfulness, highlighted by a bright and brilliant colour with predominant pale green hints. The palate has the cliché classic flavours of gooseberry, cut grass and passionfruit.

与精妙。This wine from family owned vineyards offers fragrant aromas of dark cherry, raspberry with a hint of floral such as rose petals. The wine is approachable with good balance of dark and red fruits, sweet spices and enough tannins and acidity to keep it nice and interesting.

Pyramid Valley Kerner Estate Vineyard Pinot Blanc 2012

这款葡萄酒的原料由纯生物动力葡萄酒厂以手工工

Alcohol 13.5%, 380 cases produced and bloody good too.

Blend of 75% Sciaccarellu, 15% Cinsault & 10% CarignanThe emphasis is on the Sciaccarellu varietal, an old and traditional grape from Corsica that gives its best expression on the granitic and poor soil found at the domaine. Red wines produced are pure, elegant and aromatically complex with hints of maquis, cherry and balsamic notes.

Nestled on the granitic slopes of the Gulf of Ajaccio,

Domaine Comte Péraldi is the most prestigious winery and the flagship of Corsican winemaking history.First vines were planted in the XVII century; the estate

belonged at the time to Monsignor Mario Felice Péraldi (1789-1863) who was the legate of the Pope at Civitavecchia in Italy.At his death, his nephew Jean Peraldi inherited the estate. He retained some vine plants for personal use; the rest of the field becoming maquis.Abandoned in 1905 after his death, the property was renovated and relaunched its production in 1965 under the leadership of Comte Louis de Poix, grand-son of Jean Péraldi. In 1986 his son Guy de Poix, took control of the Estate, he followed the legacy of the family on the island wine landscape and beyond until his death in 2011.He also did input its knowledge and “savoir faire” in Romania his adopted country and the one of his wife Mihaela, where he created in 1993 “ S.E.R.V.E. “ producing very high quality wines. What in Macau interests you most? Penha Hill and the Chapel. It is a nice little hill, so peaceful and quiet, tucked away within the rich residences. At there you can see the fantastic panoramic view of Macau. There may be a bit of steep hill to walk but it’s worth it.

What is your most favourite food item found in Macau? I would like to choose snack over food. Near Rua de Felicidade, there is a small roadside stall named “Fei Chai Kei”. I reckon they have the best peanuts candy in Macau. It is so tasty and crunchy, my family and friends across the globe love them and sometimes when walking by, if you are lucky enough you can see the boss making them freshly on the spot.

太阳城集团第 62届澳门格兰披治大赛车11月登场Suncity Group 62nd Macau Grand Prix to arrive in November

The annual motor-racing event “Macau Grand Prix” will be held from November 19 to 22. The top racing stars around the world will show

up in Macau to compete for the title of champion at the ancient Guia circuit, bringing to life high-level and exciting street circuit racing events.The Macau Grand Prix was originally held in November 1954, a four-hour treasure hunt around the streets of the city organized by local racing amateurs and with only 15 drivers involved. Today the Macau Grand Prix has stepped into its 62nd event, attracting over 200 drivers. The motor racing includes motorbikes, touring cars, and Formula 3 cars, among others. Watching the racing cars speed along the Guia circuit is a wonderfully exciting experience.Currently only Macau and Monaco hold street circuit racing events, and the Guia circuit is the only street racing site that holds both touring car races and motorbike events. As an urban racing circuit circling Macau, the Guia circuit has a total length of 6.2km, multiple bends, and upward and downward slopes. It also has a maximum width of 14 meters and minimum of 7, which makes it a difficult and demanding circuit for

The grandstands are set at the starting point, reservoir bend, and Lisboa bend; the price for practicing days is only 50MOP and range from 130 to 900MOP for final racing days. 里，沿途多弯，有上坡下坡路，最阔路面14米，最窄的只有7米，极其考验车手的实

澳门主题乐高®模型展自9月25日起至12月28日分别于利斯大厦大堂以

及澳门科学馆两个场地展出。利斯大厦展出三组以澳门世遗景点设计的

乐高®模型，题材包括议事亭前地（2.04米x1.02米连灯光效果）、福隆

新街街境（1.51米x0.38米）及大三巴（1.4米高）。悠闲的议事亭前地

散发出南欧广场的风情，福隆新街则是充满中国传统特色的街道，而大

三巴更是见证澳门数百年变迁的歴史建筑。以乐高®积木呈现出的三个

景点一点都不逊色于实物，配搭以葡式石铺马路设计装饰的地面配合葡

Visitors can learn the special parts of world cultural heritage sites by observing the LEGO® buildings.Macau-Themed LEGO® Model Exhibition will be held in the lobby of the Ritz Building and Macao Science Center, from 25th September to 28th December, respectively.Three sets of LEGO® models of Macau World Heritage sites including Largo do Senado (2.04m x 1.02m with lighting effects), Rua de Felicidade (1.51m x 0.38m) and Ruins of St. Paul’s (1.4m tall) will be displayed in the lobby of the Ritz Building. Largo do Senado, which allows you to enjoy your leisure, has an atmosphere of Southern Europe, and Rua de Felicidade is a street full of traditional Chinese features, while the Ruins of St. Paul’s is the historic architectural site which has witnessed the changes of

Macau over the centuries. These three scenic spots, presented in the form of LEGO® bricks, are by no means inferior to the real ones. The combination of the flooring of a Portuguese stone-paving roads design and the showcases and show boards of Portuguese architectural style allows visitors to see the details from various perspectives. There will also be a selfie booth and “Macau Attraction × LEGO® mini-figures” photo display which features photographs of the LEGO® models taken by the famous local photographer Mr. António Leong. You cannot afford to miss such opportunity for Macau attraction sightseeing from the perspective of the photographer.Three other sets of LEGO® models of Macau events and landmarks will be displayed in the Macau Science Center, including starting point of the Guia Circuit of Macau Grand Prix (1.2m × 2.8m), Macau Tower (1.3m tall), and the map of Macau Peninsula (1.15m × 1.15m). The flooring is designed and decorated as a car racing track, and showcases are made with racing style. The latest car racing products (Speed Champion Series) of LEGO®, together with the photo booth and the photos of “Macau Attraction × LEGO® mini-figures” will also be displayed. When you are looking at the intricacies of ancient Chinese architecture, have you ever felt curious about that how people were able to create

such marvels? Woodcraft Works of Master Lu Ban Exhibition Room, which opened in August, displays a number of traditional wood working tools. You can enhance your understanding of the tools that were invented by Master Lu Ban and of the elaborate craftsmanship of carpenters, and gain an apprecion for craftsmanship of all ages. Lu Ban is a man of State Lu in the Spring and Autumn period, according to legend. There are a great number of stories about his contribution to construction, woodcraft and other industries of the time. Lu has been seen as the founder of woodcraft by carpenters, and his birthday has become a traditional festival in Macao. For the purpose of praising the contribution of Master Lu Ban and reserving traditional workmanship of Macao, Bureau of Culture and Macao Carpentry Trade Union jointly established the “Woodcraft Works of Master Lu Ban Exhibition Room”.House building is called “Shangjia,” and ship construction is called “xiajia”. Macao Carpentry Trade Hall is one of the oldest trade halls in Macao’s history, built in 1840 (Qing Dynasty Dao Guang year 20).At the very beginning, it was only used as a temple to enshrine and worship industry Master Lu Ban. With expansion and development of the industry, the Hall has become a site for discussing labor cost and solving intra-industry affairs, moreover, a collecting and distributing

何发明各种不同的工具，把木材施以“魔法”建成楼房？于八

月开幕的鲁班先师木工艺陈列馆，展示了多件传统木工工具，让你更

了解鲁班先师所发明的工具，以及木工的匠心独韵，体会从古至今的

建筑智慧。

鲁班，相传为春秋时期鲁国人，中国流传着许多他对建筑及木工等行

业贡献的传说，木匠们皆奉他为祖师，其诞辰逐渐也成为澳门传统节

日。为颂扬鲁班先师的贡献，保存本澳传统的手工艺，文化局和上

架木艺工会共同筹设了“鲁班先师木工艺陈列馆”。

“上架行”一词，因楼房建筑为“上架”，而船舶制造为“下架”，

故因此得名。上架行会馆是澳门历史上最早成立的行业会馆之一，会

馆建造年份不晚于1840年（清道光二十年），会馆初创之时，仅作

为供奉行业祖师鲁班的庙宇，随着行业壮大发展，会馆成行了商议工

价及解决行内事务的场所，更成为了业内讯息的集散地。行馆建筑为

center of industrial information. The Hall is a black brick bungalow that was recently renovated, though the entrance door and stone carved gatepost have the original look and partially kept masonry. The Hall is still being used to worship Master Lu Ban, and on the day of his birthday, colleagues of the Hall will still gather for sacrificing and blessing.In addition to a statue of Master Lu Ban in the main Hall of “Woodcraft Works of Master Lu Ban Exhibition Room”, a large-scale Lu Ban lock is also displayed. It is a three-dimensional cross-shaped structure composed of six inserted sticks, the structure of which is very similar to the mortise and tenon of Chinese carpentry which has had a far-reaching influence on the construction of later generations. Based on his woodworking inventions, the hall displays the legends and inventions of Lu Ban, exhibiting over eighty traditional wooden tools. You can also watch woodworking films in which an experienced worker explains how to use traditional tools. Physical wooden tools are also in the Hall, such as chisel, Lu Ban lock, etc., that allow people to try operating tools and experiencing traditional carpentry craft. There is even a small-scale multistory house to show building components made with mortise and tenon, making people appreciate the beauty of Chinese traditional construction up close. In addition to enhancing familiarity of people with woodworking and the traditional industry, the Hall also adequately shows the skilled craftsmanship and conventional wisdom of the legend himself.

青砖平房，20世纪后才改建，而大门门楣横额及门联石刻依然保存部

分砖石旧貌结构，至今仍然供奉着鲁班先师，于鲁班诞辰之时，工会

同业仍会聚首一堂祭祀祈福。

步进“鲁班先师木工艺陈列馆”大殿除了看见供奉的鲁班先师像之

外，更展示了一个大型鲁班锁，鲁班锁是由六根插在一起的条棍组成

一个立体十字结构，鲁班锁的结构和中国木工的榫卯十分相似，对后

世建筑影响深远；陈列馆内以鲁班的木工艺发明为概念，制作了鲁班

传说与发明之故事展板，当中展示了展示了八十多件传统木工具，包

括锯、刨、钻、墨斗等，更播放工具使用方法的木工艺影片、让老师

傅讲解传统工具的使用方法。其中更设置了实体木制工具，如凿及鲁

班锁等，让人可以动手尝试操作工具，体验传统的木工工艺；展馆内

更搭建了小型楼房，展示以卯榫结合制作的建筑构件，让人能近距离

解构中国传统的建筑之美。展馆除了增进人们对木工艺和传统行业的

认识，更充分展现前人的巧手工艺和传统智慧。

谈到澳门的型格女歌手，不

得不提马曼莉(Kylamary)

，这个80很后出生的女孩，自小

就被旁人赞赏有一副好嗓子，从

儿歌歌唱比赛到港澳的多个大型

歌唱比赛，从一个不确定自己会

唱歌的内敛女孩成为今日在台上

自信演绎每一首歌、收获众多掌

声的舞台女王，一路走来，她展

现出的不但是对唱歌的热爱，还

是一个不断挑战自我发掘自我的

成长过程。

“其实我是个很内敛的人”这是

笔者采访时看到马曼莉后她说的

第一句介绍自己的话，明明记得

眼前这个瘦小的女生在《澳广视

至爱新听力》颁奖音乐会现场唱

歌时收放自如，爆发力十足，是

全场的焦点，很难想象能与“内

敛”划上等号。

马曼莉小时候其实也不知道自己

会唱歌，只是沉醉于自己的世界

找乐子罢了。然而跟着妈妈去卡

啦OK却常常听到同行的阿姨们

对其歌声的赞赏，让妈妈也开始

关注她的唱歌天份。十岁那年，

妈妈为曼莉报了一个儿歌歌唱比

赛，评判都大为赞赏曼莉的好嗓

音，但却因没有选唱儿歌，而是

唱了一首《月亮代表我的心》

而落选。自此以后，曼莉对自己

的声音更有信心，开始自己主动

报名参加不同的歌唱比赛练习自

己的舞台能力，后来进入演艺学

院，学习唱歌专业技巧成为再自

然不过的事。

三年前，马曼莉参加了本地电视

台的歌唱比赛节目，从初赛到决

赛，她过五关斩六将。“那时候

我就是有一个要赢的信念，报答

一直支持我唱歌的人，特别是

妈妈，若非是她，我也不知道自

己会唱歌并且能唱好歌。”曼莉

说。在总决赛上，她爆发出前所

未有的实力，最后更获得全场总

冠军。及后的日子里，她又参加

了不同类型的比赛并且曾与香港

唱片公司签约出道。

一直以来马曼莉都以抒情慢歌为

主，如为人熟悉的《失之交臂》

、《攀亲》，而身边的创作人朋

友包括潘君保，龙世杰等都一致

认为她是可塑性很高的歌手，不

应该只限于一种歌路，便制作出

《召唤术》。“《召唤术》这快

歌是他们为我量身订造的歌曲，

我录了四次才出现目前这个我

觉得还满意的版本，里面的‘召

唤术赐予自我，逐渐地爱上自

我……’仿如道出了马曼莉另一

面的真性情。”马曼莉如是说。

常常听别人说马曼莉会唱歌，马

曼莉可以形象百变，那么她又是

如何看自己呢？从前到现在的

她又有什么改变呢？“这是一个

好问题，以前的我总是被动，不

会说想要争取更多，也不能好好

享受舞台；如今的我则更了解自

己，也懂得更进取，主动争取想

要的东西，并且勇于尝试更多不

同的新挑战，享受每一次在舞台

上的演出。”

When speaking of stylish female singers in Macau, you can

hardly forget about Kylamary. This post-80’s girl who was naturally blessed with a beautiful singing voice attended a slew of various singing contests - from nursery rhyme contests in her childhood, to large-scale singing events in Hong Kong and Macau. She has managed to transform herself from a shy girl who lacked confidence in her own singing ability to a stage queen who inspires a storm of applause by mastering any song she sings. She has fully demonstrated her passionate love towards singing, which she regards as a growing process through which she can constantly challenge and inspire herself. “To be honest, I’m a very reserved person.” These were her first words when introducing herself during the interview. Kyla had just given a breathtaking performance at The Best of The Pop Music Awards ceremony, in which she dominated the stage as a central

attraction. It would be difficult to imagine a powerful girl like her as a “reserved” person.Kyla used to sing for fun as a little girl and did not discover her talent until her singing was admired by her mother’s friends at a Karaoke gathering. After that, her mother began paying attention to her daughter’s singing talents. When Kyla turned 10, her mother enrolled her in a nursery rhyme contest. Despite the fact that Kyla was disqualified, as she had chosen to sing “The Moon Represents My Heart” instead of a nursery rhyme, her beautiful voice was highly praised by all judges present. This first stage experience boosted Kyla’s confidence, which motivated her to participate in various singing contests so as to improve her performing ability. It was only natural then that Kyla learned to master professional singing skills in an academy for performing arts.Three years ago, Kyla attended a singing contest held by a local

TV station. She battled her way through the contests by beating every competitor she faced. “The goal of winning was clearly pictured in my mind throughout the contest,” said Kyla. “I wanted to do it for everyone who has supported my singing career throughout the years, particularly my mother. Were it not for her encouragement, I have no idea if I could have become a good singer or not.” With strong faith in herself, Kyla unveiled her full strength unprecedentedly in the final and won the champion title for all her supporters. Instead of being content with this achievement, Kyla went on to compete in further singing contests and made her debut by signing a contract with a record company in Hong Kong. Most of Kyla’s songs are romantic ballads such as the widely known “Just Miss the Right Person” and “Relationship Established.” Her friends Pun Kwan Po and Rico Long who are also her songwriters,

recognize her as a flexible singer who can adapt to different singing styles. Such conviction has driven them to write her the popular song “The Summons.” “It was really tailor-made for me,” said Kyla; “The lyrics of ‘The Summons are true to my heart; I have fallen in love with the real me…’ It is as if the words have unveiled a new nature inside me.” Kyla is often referred to as a singer with an ever-changing image. When asked how she actually sees herself and what precise changes have occurred during her career, Kyla answered: “It’s a good question. I used to act passively and had no intention to fight for more opportunities. Nor did I enjoy myself when performing on stage. Now I have grown a lot and have learned more about myself. I am trying to be more aggressive by take the initiative to fight for what I want and to face different challenges. I am now quite enjoying my performance on stage.”

Open-top Bus The open-top touring bus has 11 trips a day at 45 minute intervals from 9:30am to 5:00pm. The round tour starts and ends at Terminal Marítimo and lasts for about 75 minutes with ten stops at the Science Center, Lotus Statue, Macau Tower, A-Ma Temple, Ponte 16, Red Market, Border Gate, Canidrome, Kun Iam Temple and the Galaxy Macau.
