& C. You are to fill the forms and have it sent back along with your Hotel Booking Confirmation Receipt from the
Hotel in Dakar,Senegal. Due to time factor you are to submit all documents not later then May 18th, 2014.
Contact the management of the Comfortable Hotel & Resorts in Dakar to make your Hotel booking. The Comfortable Hotel have been selected to host our delegates
base on the conference venue for the second phase of the event.

You are to make your Hotel Booking in Dakar,Senegal where the second phase of the Conference will take place
and obtain a Booking Confirmation Receipt. The Confirmation must be forwarded along side with your (B) & (C) forms to enable us complete your registration files for
visa authorization through the United States Bureau of
Immigration Department here in California.
The booking in Dakar will enable us complete the regulation of your Visa upon arrival with the Senegal Immigration and will also clarify to the United States Bureau of Immigration
that you will be attending both conferences. Your confirmation will serve as a proof that you do not have any intention in staying permanently in the United States only
after the first phase of the conference in the US. We have mandated this to avoid illegal immigrants base on the United States Immigration Laws as we have experience in past
events delegates came to the United State and could not return home only after the first phase of the event.
Immediately after the submission of your forms (B) & (C) & Hotel Booking Confirmation, your documents will be
forwarded to the United States Bureau of Immigrant Affairs and United States Foreign Consular Department for your visa authorization.
