• Services that we have provided to BMI:o An interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to deliver 

technology strategy and guidance at C‐level (board/executive stakeholders).  Included technology roadmap and hiring plan recommendations.  ~ 9 months

o Consultant to address short term hardware upgrade projects (network / server infrastructure including backups and failover/resilience). ~4 months

o Senior consultant to provide development management for in‐house/offshore development projects (ecommerce / CMS).  Included stalled projects and short‐medium term work to address critical system scalability and performance problems (visible to clients). ~12 months

o Management of recruitment process for senior IT hires, Head of IT and CTO
