Prevent - where there is a high risk of infection in:• Contaminated wounds • Partial- or full-thickness burns• Large and/or deep wounds • Reduced healing because of patient-related factors
Restore Wound Balance - where there is increased bioburden:• local infection• local infection that is associated with a widespread (systemic) infection
