Here at the Kroc Center I teach a variety of aqua and land-based group �tness classes. Maybe you’ve taken SilverSneak-ers Splash with me in the pool, or Slow Flow Yoga in the Fitness Studio.

When I’m not teaching group classes, I train individuals or small groups. Whether you’re joining one of my classes, or train-ing with me for more one-on-one goal-smashing attention, my focus is on helping you lead a healthy and active life.

When training with me, we can work in the water or on land, and adapt our location to accomodate your needs and make things fun!

I have an atypical �tness background that has given me a unique perspective on �tness. I began my �tness career teaching Physical Education to elementary stu-dents. I’ve also managed a corporate �tness center while teaching group �tness classes and personal training. Finally, I’ve worked at a commercial gym as a trainer and insructor.

Having worked in di�erent �tness institu-tions and environments has built my experience in helping all types and ages of people stay active and healthy. And that’s what I do here at the Kroc as the Fitness and Sports Supervisor. I’m excited to use my experience to help you lead a more healthy and active life, and reach goals you may never have known you had.

I have been involved in helping people get �t for years as a �tness leader and trainer, life coach, author, motivational speaker, and Bible study leader.

My undergraduate and graduate degrees are from UWGB, where I played on the successful UWGB Women’s Basketball team. I also hold a blackbelt, so I understand how discipline and structure a�ect �tness.

I have experience training teens for weight loss and sports. I also teach group �tness classes like Tabata and HIIT.

As a personal trainer, in addition to teen health and �tness, I specialize in strength training for women as well as boxing and kickboxing training.
