“ I enjoy working with students who come from so many different walks of life and work and who are able with my help to focus on areas of personal and professional growth. It gives me a chance to get someone else excited about the things that excite me. Students bring real issues which they are grappling with and we give them opportunities to examine those issues from multiple angles. They receive instant individual feedback and support as they develop and practice scenarios for possible solutions to these issues. We offer an opportunity to practice skills which equip students to deal with real life situations which give them the confidence and tools to be tomorrow’s leaders.”

What our clients are saying... A student perspective

Holly Vokey, Senior Buyer Specialist

and participant in PIECES program delivered with the City of Chilliwack

“The course, Leading the Way, was insightful and helped me learn more about my own personality and management style. I’ll be able to use that to communicate better with co-workers, and people in general. The instructor was well prepared and had real life experiences to share with us. I found it easy to relate and learn in her class. This was a great course!”
