Smoke pressure switch or thermostatIf for any reason the flue duct is partially or totally obstructed, therebycompromising its functioning, the boiler is shut down by the smoke thermostat or bythe smoke pressure switch.
Water flow switch or pressure switch
When the quantity of water in the boiler heating circuit is insufficient, the boiler is
shut down by the water pressure switch.Safety valve
When the pressure of the water in the boiler exceeds the value permitted due to amalfunctioning, the safety valve is triggered and drains the water outside.
Limit thermostat and safety thermostat
When the temperature of the water exceeds the limit (normally a value of 85 C),
the limit thermostat is triggered and momentarily switches off the boiler. If for anyreason the limit thermostat is not triggered, the boiler is shut down by a secondsafety thermostat which is triggered at 100 C.
Flame detection device
When the burner flame does not ignite due to a malfunctioning, the flame detectiondevice shuts down the boiler (not pyrolysis).

If a heat technician's calculation is available, this is without a doubtmore reliable because it takes into account the system's heat dispersionbut it will do no harm to run a check with our own parameters:
_since we know we have to heat approximately 351 m3in an average
insulated home, we can calculate the minimum kcal or kW required:351 m3x 35 kcal = 12,285 kcal = 14.28 kW
according to our calculation, our product should have at least 14.28 kWbut it is always a good idea to oversize the choice by about 15-
20%to avoid the appliance operating on maximum at all times =14.28 + (15% of 14.28kW) = 16.42 kW
_our choice therefore lands on an appliance that has a heat output ofat least 16.42 kW yielded to the water

_The heat technician's calculation confirms that our calculation comesvery close to the actual energy requirements of the system.
_Caution: we mean the plumbing system's requirements, not
