Project Funding – IEPA Loan / Special Service Area SSA approved by residents Each resident served pays an annual assessment Repays the IEPA Low Interest Loan This is assessment is added to the tax bill Annual repayment of less than $500 per resident

Upon successful testing residents were permitted to connect to the Low Pressure Sanitary Sewer System. The District required

residents to connected within one year.
