Sew, We have been talking a lot about our UFO’s. For those who do not know, UFO’s are not the Unidentified Flying Object, but Un-Finished (sewing) Objects. My name is Laura and I have UFO’s” The group: “Hello Laura!” Person #1: “I didn’t know I had so many. I was lying to myself about the amount I had. I bragged to everyone how disciplined I was! That I completed EVERY project I started… until one day, I decided to clean out a closet and a few storage boxes. I found one project, then another, then another! Before I knew it, I was knee deep in hidden UFO’s!” The group: shakes their heads up and down in acceptance. Someone mutters “yeah sister!”. Person #1: “I need help. I don’t know if it counts… but, do you include all the stuff you bought for a project, even If it’s not started?” The group: “YES” Person #2: “But that’s the support group that meets on Tuesdays. We meet in the room beside the Hoarders Support group.” Person #3: “You’re welcome to join. It’s nice to see everyone twice a week.” Person #4: “We have a retreat twice a year to work on projects. Since 1893, Bernina has been producingthe worlds finest sewing machines!

Sew, We have been talking a lot aboutour UFO’s. For those who do not know,UFO’s are not the Unidentified FlyingObject, but Un-Finished (sewing) Objects.One local quilt store used to call them PIGS…Projects InGrocery Sacks.
