As for the runners in other CEMS locations, of course no fees will be levied. Eligible runners: CEMS students CEMS alumni CEMS Office staff CEMS Corporate Partner representatives CEMS faculty (those who have been teaching CEMS courses in the past 3 years Teams: Besides the individual runners, teams of 3 can register. There will be two categories: student teams and ‘mixed’ teams. These teams do not have to be from the same university. The ‘mixed’ teams should consist of at least 1 student and at least 1 non-student member. Photos: Each participant should be able to provide a picture in a running dress as a proof of participation (of course one is dependent on the honesty of all participants not present in Vienna) Track: The track needs to be 5 km long, without incline. It does not have to be in a stadium, it can also include scenic landscape or monuments. Time-keeping: (a) via running chips (if applicable) like in Vienna (b) via Runtastic or Nike+ App (c) via stopwatches All times need to transmitted to the central organizers in Vienna by 19:30 CET (1 hour after the start) in order to secure the announcement of winners around 20:30 CET. Regulations for the CEMS Global Run:

Main organizer: Institute of Strategic Management and Management Control (SIMC-Master) of the WU

Vienna.

Eligible participants: Students, alumni and employees of the WU Vienna, stakeholders and enterprises related

to the WU Vienna with an interest in sport and running.

Running distance: ca. 5000 m without incline, on a concrete round track

(track information available online via www.wu.ac.at/ifu/network/meile)

Registration: Online via http://www.wu.ac.at/ifu/network/meile

Time-Keeping: Chip-measured times.

All participants that do not possess a timing chip will receive one upon the handout of

numbers on the very day of the event and a deposit of € 20 will be incurred. After the

run, participants are obliged to return the chip within 1 hour after the run, otherwise the

deposit will not be refunded. Without a chip, there will NOT be any time measurement.

Chips that have not been returned are going to be considered as purchased.

If you possess your own chip you may use it, but you also have to register with its code

at your online registration.

Team score: Participants may make up teams of three (both mixed and homogenous). The team

members’ running times will be added. There is an extra fee for team registration of €

7.50.

Post-nominations: Possible from 17:00 to 18:00 in the club office of the Vienna Cricket and Football Clubs

(+ € 2 fee). Own chips cannot be used for post-nominations.

Prizes: The award ceremony will be held separately for women, men and teams at around

20:00, participants will receive material prizes, based on a lottery system.

Party & Barbecue: After the run, there will be a common summer barbecue, with wine bar and musical

entertainment on the premises of the Vienna Cricket and Football Club. The net profit

of the wine bar will go exclusively to the NGO "Lernen macht Schule".
