Celtic Youth Running Camp Presented by: Dublin Jerome XC Coaching Staff

When: Monday, June 4th - Thursday, June 7th from 8:30-11:30am. Rain make-up day if needed: Friday, June 8th

Where: Dublin Jerome High School

Who: Boys & Girls entering 4th-9th grade. **Groups will be created based on age/experience

What to Bring:

• Running Shoes • Water Bottle • Digital Watch • Extra Snacks **some snacks will be provided daily

What to Expect:

COACHING - from current Dublin Jerome XC staff

EXPERIENCE - gain exposure to a high school XC program; get to know fellow campers, current Jerome runners, and coaches through team building activities LEARNING - daily racing, training, and nutrition teaching/demonstration from a Jerome Cross Country coach, athlete, or alumni. TRAINING - A group run each day. Length and speed of runs will vary.

SPIRIT - daily games that encourage teamwork and camaraderie
