    D.Section3 TelephoneBefore defining a product and its features, it is a good idea to complete the telephone setup. The

    Telephone section deals with the settings which help you manage your calls from customers and route

    themappropriatelybasedonthewayyourbusinessoperates.

    Thisisasimpleprocess,verysimilartothewayyoumanagephonecallsback

    home. For instance, at home, you may want to route all incoming calls to

    your mobile phone. You may want to want to greet all your callers in a

    CellThis

    customers

    up the phone number associated with each of your product or service

    designatedtohandlethecall. Aspartofthissetup,youcanadduptoten

    differentphonenumberstowhichcallsfromcustomerscanberouted.You

    canadduptotenphonenumbersforasingleproductlistingorextension.

    When the customer chooses Option 1 on the IVR (Interactive Voice

    Recorder), the dialer software will try connecting to each of the phone

    numbersinthesequencelistedinthissection.Whenthedialerisnotable

    to connect to any of the phone numbers you have set, it goes to the

    voicemailautomatically.

    Whenacustomertriesreachingthepointofcontactforthebusiness,thedialertriesthefirstnumber

    for 15 seconds. In the event of a nonresponse, the dialer software automatically starts trying the
