D.Section3 TelephoneBefore defining a product and its features, it is a good idea to complete the telephone setup. The
Telephone section deals with the settings which help you manage your calls from customers and route
themappropriatelybasedonthewayyourbusinessoperates.
Thisisasimpleprocess,verysimilartothewayyoumanagephonecallsback
home. For instance, at home, you may want to route all incoming calls to
your mobile phone. You may want to want to greet all your callers in a

is
the
first
major
step
in
the
CellThis
setup
process.
As
part
of
the
CellThis
system,
when
customers
call
up the phone number associated with each of your product or service
listings,theycanopttobeconnectedtothebusinessownerortheperson
designatedtohandlethecall. Aspartofthissetup,youcanadduptoten
differentphonenumberstowhichcallsfromcustomerscanberouted.You
canadduptotenphonenumbersforasingleproductlistingorextension.
When the customer chooses Option 1 on the IVR (Interactive Voice
Recorder), the dialer software will try connecting to each of the phone

User with authority over every function, including the ability to create
additionalSubUsers.Hecould thenassign most functions to the Sales
Manager, including thepower to create SubUsers.The SalesManager
couldthen
assign
to
individual
salespersons
certain
powers
for
specific
extensions. This can be easily achieved using the SubUsers menu
option.Pleasenote that the SubUsersmenuoption isavailableonly
withaProaccountmembership.
IntheCellThissystem,becauseeachextension ismappedtoacertainproductorservice,youcancreate
SubUsersunderyouandcanthenassignspecificextensions(forspecificproductsorservices)tospecified
SubUsers. A SubUser can only access and control those functions over which he has been granted
authority.
Forexample,ifaSubUserisgivenauthoritytomanageFollowMenumbersforonlyextension102,hecan
setthosenumbers,buthecannotaccesstheFollowMesettingsforanyotherextensionnumber.IfaSub
User isgrantedauthority tomanagethe IncomingCallNotifications foronlyextension105,hecouldset
the Incoming Call Notifications for that extension, but not for any other extensions.

assigned to SubUsers, so Pro Users have the ability to assign to SubUsers a broad range of
powers basically as many powers as are held by the Pro User himself. And if a SubUser is given the
powertoassignpowerstootherSubUsers,theSubUserfunctionalitycanbe"drilleddown"throughmany
differentlevels,suchasOwner,Manager,AssistantManager,SalesManager,AssistantSalesManager,and
Salesperson.
AddSubUserToaddaSubUsertoyourCellThisaccount,
1. OnyourUseraccounthomepage,intheleftnavigationpane,undertheSubUsersmenuoption,clickAddSubUser.
2. Intherightcontentareaofyourcontentpage,observethattheAddSubUserscreenisdisplayed.3. IntheSubUserIDfield,enterasuitableSubUseridforthenewSubUseryouareabouttocreate.The
SubUser ID will be used by the individual to login into his CellThis account. The password is auto
generatedandthedefaultpasswordis123456789.Thattemporarypasswordwillbesenttotheemail
addressyouspecifyfortheSubUser.TheSubUsercanchangehispasswordafterhisfirstloginintothe
CellThissystem.
4. IntheSubUserEmailaddressfield,entertheemailaddressoftheSubUseryouareabouttocreate.IntheExtensionsfield,chooseoneormoreextensionsthataretobeassignedtotheSubUser.

5. IntheAssignSubUserRights/Privilegessection,checktherightsandprivilegesthatyouarereadytodelegatetoyourSubUserforthespecificextension.Checkinganoptionwillactivatethespecificrights
