Before or after your Celebrity cruise, embark on a multi-night, escorted land tour deep into the heart of the magnificent wilderness of Alaska or Canada.

It’s the best way to explore North America’s last great frontier and Western Canada.

BECAUSE YOU’VE ALREADY COME THIS FAR. STICK AROUND FOR AWHILE.

TOUR DIRECTOR*

Concierge. Tour leader. Local expert. The Tour Director is your

personal guide to Alaska’s many wonders. Your Tour Director

will travel with you for the duration of your land vacation,

providing intuitive service along the way.

Tour Directors worry about things like luggage and tickets so

that you don’t have to. They can help book excursions and plan

your free time. And they point out the local sights while providing

insight on the scenery, culture, and wildlife. Basically, your Tour

Director frees you up to be fully present to every vacation moment.

DEDICATED DRIVER & MOTORCOACH*

Forget about renting a car and navigating unfamiliar roads through

the rugged landscape. During a Celebrity Cruisetour, a dedicated

driver is with you for the duration of your journey—which means

your personal motorcoach will stay with you every step of the way.

BALANCE OF ADVENTURE

At every destination, you’ll enjoy a balance of included activities

and free time to do as much—or as little—as you’d like. Pack your

free time with even more adventure by booking one of the optional

land excursions. Mush sled dogs across glaciers. Play a round of

golf in the land of the midnight sun. Fly across the Arctic Circle.

The options are as expansive as the Alaskan wilderness.

INTIMATE TRAVEL GROUPS

Your land vacation will be shared exclusively with Celebrity Cruises

guests. Discover Alaska in the company of those who share the

same expectations for a luxury travel experience.

For drama and beauty, few places in the world can match the natural splendor of Alaska.

During your Celebrity cruise, you’ll visit towns and regions, some so remote they can’t be reached by road. In Southeast Alaska, ships, ferries, and boats are the main modes of transportation. The Inside Passage is the highway.

With Celebrity, it’s easy to enjoy the ride.

From your private veranda, witness what Alaska Natives called “White Thunder”—the unforgettable spectacle that occurs where glaciers meet the sea. Watch in wonder as bald eagles soar high above as you soak in the whirlpool on the pool deck. Be amazed at the site of giant humpback whales as they salute your passing ship with a splash of their flukes.

On every Celebrity ship, you’ll find spacious, stylish interiors. Dining experiences elevated to an art form. Outstanding personalized service. Unexpected, forward-thinking activities. All to help you make the most of every precious vacation moment on land and at sea.

Emerald forests. Icebergs. Soaring eagles. Majestic whales. Snowcapped peaks. Mesmerizing glaciers. And that’s just what you’ll see from your ship.

Scenic CruisingALASKA INSIDE PASSAGE

The narrow glacier-carved waterway along Alaska’s southeastern

coast weaves through the largest U.S. national forest. Water and

wildlife mix quite nicely in this protected waterway that’s home to

some 5,000 humpback whales during the summer months.

HUBBARD GLACIER

The world’s longest tidal glacier is also one of the most active,

so a visit here is always an exciting experience. Enjoy hot

chocolate on the deck while watching apartment-sized chunks

of ice break off and tumble into the sea.

TRACY ARM FJORD & SAWYER GLACIERS

Step out onto the deck for an almost mythical experience

as your ship sails along this twisting fjord framed by dramatic

3,000-foot-high granite walls. Pictures of the vibrant blue twin

Sawyer Glaciers are always a photo album highlight.

ICY STRAIT POINTBrimming with adventure, culture, and wildlife, this destination plays host to dozens of options for once-in-a-lifetime adventures—including a ride on the world’s largest ZipRider.

JUNEAUWith the glaciers of the massive Juneau Icefield within easy reach, Alaska’s capital is an ideal jumping-off point for Alaska-sized adventures. Our suggestion? Mush huskies across the ice of a glacier that you reached by helicopter.

KETCHIKANThis scenic fishing village has an intriguing history, strong Native culture, and artistic soul—and nature’s best wonders as its backyard. Visit the Misty Fjords National Monument and marvel at the astounding sea cliffs, steep fjords, and 1,000-foot waterfalls shrouded in mist.

SKAGWAY The jumping-off point for the Klondike gold rush, this endearing port of call is flanked by the same snowcapped Coast Mountains that were once the rugged ramparts to the spellbinding goldfields and fortune-bearing creek beds of the Yukon.

VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIAYou’ll find history mingled with the panache of a cosmopolitan city in Victoria. Framed by breathtaking mountain and ocean views, the city’s historical sites and small-town charm blend with impressive architecture, vibrant gardens, and gourmet dining scene.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIAKnown as the gateway to Alaska, this cosmopolitan port city is blessed with stunning vistas and an exciting urban scene that is dynamic and colorful.

Ports of Call

With exciting included activities and plenty of free time for solo exploration, you’ll be immersed in the best that Alaska has to offer, while your Tour Director takes care of all the details. As you travel deep into the Alaskan interior, you’ll visit thrilling towns and sites where the natural wonders are astounding. You’ll stay in authentic Alaskan lodges, hotels, and resorts right in the heart of the town...or wilderness, as the case may be.

No matter which Alaska Cruisetour you choose, you’ll get to journey aboard The Wilderness Express—spacious and luxurious glass-domed railcars boasting awe-inspiring views of the majestic landscape as they travel to and from Denali National Park. You’ll also spend at least one night in Denali National Park—six million acres of wild land just begging to be explored. The included tours will help you get started.

At the base of Mount Alyeska, the unincorporated ski resort community of Girdwood was originally named Glacier City. With seven glaciers in the immediate vicinity, it was an appropriate choice. Included Land Tour Activities in AlyeskaEvery Alyeska visit includes at least one of the following experiences. See page 17-19 for individual tour package details. ALYESKA AERIAL TRAM Your tram ascends 2,300 feet up Mount Aleyska over ancient forests and flower-blanketed meadows. From the summit, relish the vistas of Turnagain Arm, a handful of hanging glaciers, and the undulating peaks of the Chugach Mountain Range. Possible moose and bear sightings are just an added bonus.

ALASKA WILDLIFE CONSERVATION CENTER Watch bears romp through the bushes while coyotes peer out from behind the brush. Witness bald eagles swooping to claim the remains of wild salmon left by a grizzly bear. Choosing Your Celebrity Cruisetour

It’s a big wilderness up there. But choosing what to see is easier than you think. Here are some things to consider when selecting your ultimate Alaskan adventure.

1) ALASKA INTERIOR OR CANADIAN EXPERIENCE? Do you want to celebrate the pioneering spirit of the 49th state with a journey to the far reaches of the planet where you will witness sweeping vistas of the subarctic tundra, ancient glaciers, and massive mountain ranges? Upon arrival at the pier, you’ll enjoy a complimentary scenic motor coach transfer from the Seattle cruise pier to downtown Vancouver, where you’ll transfer independently to the train station and check in your luggage. After, you’ll enjoy leisure time to explore downtown Vancouver. In the evening, you’ll board VIA Rail’s traditional “Canadian” train for your overnight journey to Jasper. As you make your way to Jasper, you’ll take in the stunning sights of Hell’s Gate (gorge), Suicide Rapids in the North Thompson Canyon, and the Cisco Tunnels above the Fraser River.

Please Note: Please pack an overnight bag including any special items or medications for the train portion of your tour, as you will not have access to your luggage once you board the train. The transfer from Seattle to Vancouver is an International border crossing. Guests are required to present their passport to Canadian border control.

DAY 9 • SATURDAY • JASPER Arrival Savor a delicious breakfast and lunch aboard the train as you make your way to the resort town of Jasper. Breathtaking views await while riding through the Monashee and Cariboo mountain ranges before your reaching your destination – the perfect conclusion to your train journey.

DAY 10 • SUNDAY • JASPER TO LAKE LOUISE Your day begins with an exciting journey south along the famous Icefields Parkway, one of the most spectacular highways in North America. Drive through Jasper and Banff National Parks, stopping at the Columbia Icefield for a Brewster “Glacier Experience”. This unique excursion will place you on the 1,200-feet-thick icy slopes of the Athabasca Glacier aboard a specially-designed Brewster Ice Explorer. Venture to the middle of the glacier as your experienced guide explains how glaciers are formed and points out interesting geological features.

At the icefall below the glacial headwall, you’ll have the option of stepping out onto the ice, which was formed from snow that fell 400 years ago. After this unique ice adventure, you’ll enjoy free time at the Columbia Icefield Centre to relax over a buffet lunch and visit the new and expanded Parks Canada Interpretive Centre.

In the afternoon, continue to Lake Louise, the “Jewel of the Rockies”, where you’ll stay overnight.

DAY 11 • MONDAY • LAKE LOUISE TO BANFF Today, you’ll embark on an exciting tour of Lake Louise, one of the largest ski resorts in North America, and the surrounding areas. Visit Yoho National Park and experience some of nature’s most awe-inspiring wonders, including the Spiral Tunnels, Emerald Lake, and Natural Rock Bridge that spans the Kicking Horse River. After your tour, you’ll continue to the picturesque resort town of Banff, nestled in Alberta’s Rockies, for an overnight stay amidst the mountains.

DAY 12 • TUESDAY • BANFF TOURING & CALGARY Begin your day with a scenic tour of Banff and its environs.
