Sporting Heroes

Football

• Liam Henderson S4

• Attending the Scottish U16 Football Training Camp on Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th March.

Swimming

• Laura Pilkington S3 – Qualified for Youth Swimming Squad for Scotland.

• Sarah Donnelly S1 – Qualified for the Scottish schools swimming finals.

• 3rd in 100m backstroke (PB 1.13).

Water Polo

• James Melville S1 – regularly competes as part of the Scottish Water Polo team.

Badminton

• James Marris S4, Callum Hirst S4 and Chris Grant S3 – competed in the West Lothian Schools Badminton Championship.

• James and Callum were semi-finalists in the U16 Doubles event.

Irish Dancing

• Susan McDonald S3 – member of McGory McLaughlin school of dance (Deans and Motherwell).

• Will be competing in the “All Scotland’s” championship soon.

• Currently placed 5th.
