Celebration Cake Options

Thank you for enquiring about having a cake made at The Kitchen Croxley!

During these extraordinary times we are working slightly differently. Our cake studio has been turned into a preparation area for the many Afternoon Teas we have been preparing for you to take away and enjoy at home. The few staff working here have been redeployed into new roles and the tearoom is now a shop selling our delicious bakes, sandwich lunches,

picnics, a selection of craft beers, fine wines and spirits, and some baking essentials.

The spectacular tiered cakes that we specialised in have been set to one side as large gatherings are currently not permitted. However we are still being asked if we can make small but very special cakes for family celebrations and we’d

be delighted to do this for you!

Smothered with more buttercream, with a smooth or sculpted finish. Greetings and Toppers Add a Silver or Gold “Happy Birthday” Topper £6.00 Add a Bespoke Topper with personalised message, in a range of colours! £10.00 Add buttercream swirls, sugarpaste flowers, sweets and chocolates - ask us for a price.

Fondant Covered Cakes Vanilla, Lemon or Chocolate Sponges split and layered with freshly made buttercream and curd/preserve. Covered with more buttercream and a layer of smooth fondant icing. 6” from £45.00 8” from £60.00

This price includes a simple piped or fondant greeting and moulded decoration eg sugar flowers, a football badge, book, yoga mat, cricket bat or golf clubs. Additional modelling from £10.00 - please ask us

Supplements / Dietary Requirements Red Velvet and Carrot Cakes - add £5.00 Gluten Free? We can bake a vanilla or chocolate sponge with gluten free flour Vegan? Choose vegan vanilla, vegan chocolate or carrot cake Dairy Free? We can bake using dairy free margarine or choose a vegan option All dietary requirements - add £5.00. This is due to the increased cost of supplies and additional time taken to clean down and prepare a separate batch.
