JANUARY 2016

Before Christmas, we said goodbye to a good colleague and friend. Mick started with us as a trainee back in 2013 and has been onboard full time since July, but has decided to move to the Netherlands with his girlfriend.

You have done a hell of a job, and you were never really regarded as a trainee, and for good reasons. The areas that Mick has been covering have been taken over by other staff.

Mick, we wish you all the best with your new adventures. Thanks Mate!!

Time flies and we are ready to welcome 2016. Before we do that, we would like to thank our clients and colleagues for a good collaboration throughout the year. We saw progress in many areas but are also realistic about the fact that we still have some unresolved matters relating to quality consistency and the functionalities of our new IT system. Those will remain key priorities.

We would like to inform that we will close our office on the 1st of January, and will be up and running again from the 4th of January.

On the occasion of the International Day of People with Disability, our trade union organized a celebration for the more than 50 staff with disabilities employed in Esoftflow.

We had a great lunch with various performances by staff. We embrace diversity in the workplace, and will continue to pursue the employment of people with disabilities in the coming year. Our goal is to retain our 12% share of staff with disabilities.

CELEBRATING DIVERSITY HAPPY NEW YEAR

WHEN WORK COMES FIRST

In December, our employee of the months is Hien from our photo team. Hien is working as an editor as well as internal QA staff, and has been part of the Esoftflow team for nearly 4 years.

While Hien had planned to take annual leave in December, she was willing to cancel her planned leave in the last minute, to support her team with an important testing project for a new client. It worked well as we landed the client.

Hien, fantastic spirit and great effort. Thank you !!
