Availability Parties can be reserved for Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, June 3–August 21, 2016 (excluding Great Parks Day on Saturday, June 4). Reservable time slots: 11 a.m.–1 p.m. 2–4 p.m. 5–7 p.m. Policies & Payment Public Area: Please be aware that Parky’s Wetland Adventure Wet Playground and Woodland Mound Breezy Point are open to the general public. Additional picnic/patio tables, shelters, play areas or lawn area cannot be guaranteed for your group. Check-in: You will have access to the reserved tables no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the party starting time. Parties must begin and end at the times noted on the reservation. Reservations and Payment: To schedule a party, a seven-day advanced reservation and payment is required. There is no charge for children under 2 years of age. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling: Reservation fees will be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee, if a cancellation request is made at least 14 days prior to party date. Rescheduling a party requires at least a 14-day notice and is subject to the availability of open dates. The wet playground area may shut down during periods of inclement weather. Motor Vehicle Permit: A valid Great Parks of Hamilton County Motor Vehicle Permit is required to enter the park ($10 annual, $3 daily).
