I - Abstract-A Case of Enchondromatosis ( Ollier' s disease)

A case of enchondromatosis confirmed by the X- ray and mi croscopic findings, was reported, who was

25 year- old man with the complaints of the g loblllar mass deformities of both hands and the limping

owing to the shortening of right leg and the gen u varllm deformity of the lower extremities during about

21 year3.

His famil y hi story was non- contriblltory.

The X- ray f ilms of the chest. lllmbar spine, and both extremities and hands, showed the variOllS

sized cartil aginoll s globular mass es consisti ng with some of calcillm deposits originating from the bony

tisslles especially in the metaphyseal a reas.

We discllssed that it should be different iated from metaphyseal ac1asia which similar find ings roen-

tgenologically.

He was opearted for the removal of the masses the left 1st, 2nd and 3rd fin gers.

Aftcr operation the microscopic examination revealed that the specimen consisted of hyperplastic carti -

lag inous tisslle with hyaline degeneration and large areas of myxornatOlls degenerat ion , bllt no evidence

of any malignan t cha nges.

入院 핍빠 愚者의 兩~[lJ -F!1k:는 內첼除(Genu vamm)을

取하고 全身 며股째節 部位마다 웠 1칸 짜大， 그리고 패

~ij )뼈部 젠]面에 肉[따的으로 *i!i ííð11 突 /-1m을 認써l할 수 있었 다. 特히 tc手의 f￥fE에 E大한 원i節을 볼 수 있었

다. 쏘꺼의 뻐節部Ú1: 마다 11파댔 짧M을 궐히-고 있었으

나 뱉痛은 1If-訴하지 않았다.

下%는 右삐이 κ페에 比히 여 24cm. 가랭 짧아 歐行

을 I!f.訴허 고 있었다.

家族歷 : 特記 할만한 관f~이 없었다.

理學的 所見 : 恩者는 大部分의 램-微에 ~~'i7; n파大 乃

55cm , 右 Fltz : 61cm. , 左下j않 85cm. ， 뼈!펴 77cm. ,

173cm. , 그리 고 lil(:jß;키 : 157cm. 로 나타났다

病理檢훌 所見 : !fIf記 펌:핏 없음.

X 線 檢훌 所見 : 頭蓋뀐 x i없 장힘上에는 찢狀 所兒

을 볼 수 없었으나 II생部 침따上의 됩”미r셉·과 兩씨 前方

助벨;셈’ 部位에 쳐çitk의 멜;원 f生 結‘節睡찌을 봉 수 있었다

比校的 E大한 때骨n힐만을 除칸 시켈 수 있었다.

푸術後 網냄物의 組織웰的 所兄을 보면 l셈꺼홉{깅: ijÿ:'되

組織을 ;M;따로 한 多썼의 E업子1'1 짧{生과 ;j1~淑{生 變11:

fíll 位를 볼 수 있었으펴 (F ig. 4) , 그 結果 ilik껴·陣 (Enc

hondroma)으로 確該하게 되었다.

經過 : 入院 5 日째 手術을 施行하여 15 日 後에 退院하

게 되었다.

治폈는 病變部f立 全體를 網出하기에는 도저히 不可能

ction) 휴은 띠斷術(Amputation)을 하게되 며 多發센; 빡

骨睡은 환↑生變化흘 연 으키 지 않는 限 比較的 좋은 經過

을 取하게 된다.

IV. 結 Eιi .1!Il

頭蓋‘점 을 除外한 全거 }강 • till. 셉 과 }jj) ’터 및 흉Mfr꽉에

까지 많따圍하게 그리 고 兩떼{生으로 촬犯된 찌로서 特

히 指骨과 大限’룹의 骨端部에 巨大한 軟骨睡 變形을 나

타내고 있는 드물게 보는 !Æ찌。1 다.

그리고 本 !1E例는 約 20i유의 쳐歷을 가지고 있었으나

忍性變化는 全然 짧見할 수 없었다.
