The Tree of Life

Our company name Cedartree is taken from the beautiful species of timber grown predominantly on the west coast of America and particularly Canada.

It is a species renowned for its beauty, its extraordinary longevity and its exceptional resistance to decay.

The First Nations of North America and Canada coined its name “The Tree of Life”, and latterly and specifically it is called Arbor Vitae.

We use the analogy to portray our own Cedartree products in various phases of our lives...

CHILDHOOD DAYS Pages 4 - 9

We make many products for the Early Years, both for children in our homes and children in our schools. We have a wide range of climbing frames and play lodges, to be enjoyed by our children in their CHILDHOOD DAYS.

SCHOOL DAYS Pages 10 - 15

When our children are in a school environment, we offer a number of products appreciated by schools, be they nursery, private, state or independent . These include outdoor classrooms, covered shelters, play centres, playhouses, storage sheds.

WEDDING DAYS Pages 16 - 21

Then we move on to the young adult period in our lives, often coinciding with the WEDDING DAYS. Outdoor weddings are increasingly popular and we feature a number of Cedartree structures, be they octagonal, square or rectangular…. or natural cedar or white. And with a number of options, most particularly the very attractive double cupola roof.

LEISURE DAYS Pages 22 - 27

“What is life if full of care, we have no time to stand and stare”…. We have a number of products, which enhance our gardens. Octagonal and rectangular in shape, our range encompasses outdoor gazebos, home offices, summerhouses… to enable us to make the best of our LEISURE DAYS.

WELLNESS DAYS Pages 28 - 35

Increasingly the world talks about WELLNESS and fitness and the concept of the hot tub or spa originates from “Sanus per Aqua”….”health from water”. And so we offer a wide range of hot tub gazebo buildings either open, half closed or fully closed, as well as a very attractive range of swim spa and swimming pool buildings with a wide choice of roof styles…. All to enjoy and to benefit from, in the privacy of the home environment.

FARAWAY DAYS Pages 36 - 37

All of us long for an escape… to be far away from the rigours of everyday life. And so we have introduced our range of “Faraway Lodges”. Increasingly located on farm holiday centres, country hotels, holiday parks… wherever the main attraction is the peace and serenity of the best of the British countryside. And our Faraway Lodges appropriately designed and constructed… warm, inviting, full of character and “faraway”.
