Your tentative booking will be held for a maximumperiod of 14 days. During this time a deposit of £10per person for all festive party events will be required.Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve celebrations willrequire a deposit of £25 per person. All deposits are non-refundable and non transferable; any lost deposits due to any reduction in numbers are non-transferable to the final balance or to an additional event.

Payments made in full are non refundable. Forbookings where deposits are not received after thisperiod of 14 days – all reservations will beautomatically released.

The number of places reserved must match thenumber of deposits received. If you intend coming intothe Hotel to settle your account, please let us know sothat we may ensure that a Christmas Co-ordinator isavailable to see you. For any party bookings taken after12th November 2010, full payment will be required atthe time of booking.

FULL PAYMENTSFull payment for all festive party events is required by Friday 12th November 2010. Christmas Eve,Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Evepayments are required by Friday 19th November2010. All payments made must be made in full by therequired dates. Part payments will not be accepted. For any booking where payment in full is not receivedby the above dates, your booking will be released andall pre-paid deposits will be forfeited.

Payments can be made by credit/debit card or bycheque made payable to ‘Acropolis Hotels Ltd’.Telephone payments are also accepted by debit orcredit card. If paying by cheque, the hotel will onlyaccept one cheque per party; otherwise there will be

a processing charge of 50p per cheque.Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at current rate.

PRIVATE PARTIESFor private parties minimum numbers apply which willbe discussed on enquiry. These minimum numbers willbe chargeable, even if your numbers reduce.

SMOKING POLICYPlease note in adherence to the new legislation thebuilding is entirely non smoking, an outside allocatedsmoking area is provided.

ENTERTAINMENT / ACTS / GROUPS / DJsCedar Court Hotels cannot be held responsible for thefailings or non-appearance of any of the musicians /tribute acts or DJs booked. However the Managementat Cedar Court Hotel will offer their best alternative attheir discretion.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any event andoffer an alternative date or event of equal value,subject to availability.
