Problem : CE Congest and CSSR Board WBPP : Max CE DL dan UL dan supported cell Strategy Board Configuration : F1 & F3 using same board, and F2 is using different board in order when the cells have congestion problem, it can be inform which carrier is high utilization. OSS check: CE.UL.Max vs CE.Availability Command (Nobe level): Check resource group: LST BASEBANDEQM Check resource group in cell leve/cell configuration : LST ULOCELL (UL DL Baseband Equipment ID)
