• Complete the Lighting Audit Form.

• Make sure you bring a calculator so you can calculate how much energy the home uses, d h h band how much carbon

• Write down the bulbs needed for each location in the house, and calculate the totalcalculate the total Energy Savings and Total Cost forand Total Cost for the bulbs.

Price:  $3.90

• Find the correct Model Number and Price for each bulb (on the Lighting Specification Guide), and record it on your Audit Form.

Click to “Add to Cart”

Choose the Quantity you want, then hit Checkout.

Enter the customer’s name and address, and hit 

Continue.

Enter the customer’s credit card Type, Number, Expiration Date, and V ifi i N bVerification Number.

Enter the customer’s email address, and type your
