Each year the IHRIM Twin Cities Chapter gives you the opportunity to interact directly with industry-leading vendors to learn more about their products and services--and gather new ideas from the HRIM world. This year's Vendor Fair & Tour will include a keynote speaker, panel discussion, and showcase of leading HR and talent management vendors, and plenty of time for networking with colleagues from the Twin Cities area!

1 - 2 pm: Keynote: Ron Hanscome, VP of Product Strategy at Kenexa will join Knowledge Infusion CEO and Program Director for the IHRIM Twin Cities Chapter, Jason Averbook for a fireside chat on the state of HR technology today, trends in talent management, thoughts on emerging technologies, and audience Q&A.

2:30 - 4 pm: Vendor Tour: Hear how vendors including SuccessFactors, Workday, Authoria, and Ceridian are addressing HR and talent management issues--plus demos of the latest technology.

LEHRN Mission A professional community sharing knowledge and experience on the successful alignment of HR/HCM and talent management information systems to support best business practices.
Through regular meetings, LEHRN promotes a clearer picture of the marketplace of HCMS vendors and products and creates a professional business network concerned with the successful investment of financial and human capital in HR tools and technology.
Members at all points on the implementation cycle participate to learn and contribute to understanding how to manage the perspectives that drive HR systems: People, Process, Technology, Structure, & Culture.
• Understanding how technology supports best business practices within highly-competitive industries is now the primary way that key groups think about IT investment.
• Organizations will better understand the business context of their technology choices
• Vendors will better see their products and messages within their customers’ business context.
• Members will get a clearer picture of the development, implementation, and repercussions of new technology -- and how it is solving critical business problems
