Bayberry Hills & Bass River utilizes an automated Tee Time System. Members can place a request 3-7 days in advance. The allocation (actual Tee Time) takes place two day before requested date. The day before at noon remaining times are released. You can use the booking option for next day times.

Please note: When the request is confirmed you have not yet been awarded a reservation.

The Chelsea ARS number is 508-398-4112. Have the pin numbers of all players when calling. Duplicate your PIN number for Guests. Allocation is based on a 30 day play history for fairness. Requests can be weighted on course and time preference. Extra points will be added for no shows. In the event you need to cancel after the allocation you must call the pro shop. To enroll in online reservation use 1234 as the pass word then change to a new password.

Golf Carts

At Bayberry Hills, prior to 2pm golf cart usage is required on weekends from May 15 to October 15 and daily June 15 through September 15.

Bass River allows walking anytime year round.

Thank you for your support of the Town of Yarmouth Golf Courses through your purchase of the 2014 Golf Pass. The staff at Bayberry Hills and Bass River looks forward to seeing each of you during the coming golf season. In 2015, we will continue to provide beautifully manicured courses and top line customer service. As a member you will be eligible for reciprocal greens fee rates at participating Cape area courses. (Certain restrictions apply) Also, you may purchase driving range keys at a discount at Bayberry Hills Pro Shop.

Activation Procedure

Annual passes may be purchased at the Bass River Pro Shop. Acceptable forms of payment are cash or check only. Please bring proof of residency: A valid drivers license with either a current real estate tax bill or current auto registration.

Resident Annual ($799)

Allows residents or taxpayers of Yarmouth unlimited golf for 2015.

Junior Annual ($100)

Allows unlimited golf through the age of 18 years. No Residency Requirement

*Restricted to after 2PM daily @ Bayberry Hills & after 1PM on Fri. Sat. & Sun. @ Bass River.*

Resident 10 Play ($192)

Entitles cardholder to ten (10) nine hole rounds of golf after 2pm. Limit one card per year. Rounds played before 2pm will be subject to two punches in June, July, August & September

Resident Senior 10 Play ($72)

Entitles cardholders, age 75+, to ten (10) nine hole rounds of golf after 2pm. Limit 2 cards per year. Rounds played before 2pm will be subject to two punches in June, July, August & September.

Non Resident Annual ($1100)

Allows card holder unlimited rounds of golf for 2015.

Under 35 Annual ($465)

Allows unlimited golf for 2015. No Residency Requirement

Young Adult Annual ($260)

Allows card holders, ages 19-22, unlimited golf for the given year. No Residency Requirement

Resident Discount Card ($15.75)

Entitles cardholder to 30% off regular greens fees after noon.
