Overview Inspections of all District properties were performed to identify conditions that may cause harm or injury to patrons so that they may be corrected. Overall these properties were found to be very well maintained. Inspection of Patch Reef Park included softball and football fields, Community Center, basketball courts, pavilions, restrooms, playground and Tennis Center and parking lots. Inspection of Mizner Bark included pavilions, benches, fencing and parking lot. Inspection of the Swim and Racquet Center included pool and deck, restrooms, tennis pro shop, tennis courts, connecting bridge and parking lot. Inspection of Sugar Sand Park included baseball fields 1-6, Community Center, Carousel, Science Playground, pavilions, picnic areas, Field House, hockey/basketball courts, nature trails and parking lots. Inspection of Countess deHoernle Park included baseball and soccer fields, north and south rest room/concession areas, playground, benches, walking/biking trails and parking lots. Inspection of Gumbo Limbo included the Nature Center, outdoor viewing tanks, amphitheater, nature trail, boardwalk and parking areas. Inspection of Red Reef Executive Golf Course included pro shop and restrooms, seawall seating areas, benches, pavilion and parking area. Inspection of Red Reef Park included beachside trail, boardwalk, dune crossovers, lookouts, rest rooms, playground, picnic areas, shade canopies and parking areas.

Patch Reef Park Inspection Results Softball/ Football Fields 1. NE Softball field scoreboard, damaged and exposed electrical outlet.

2. Three standalone player benches have broken or missing a leg cross brace. One on the east football field, two on the west football field.

3. Irrigation equipment area between the northwest and southwest softball fields, gate was open and unlocked. Pump wiring exposed.
