Public Services and Homeless Services – 4 applications• Assist low- and moderate-income households and people who are

homeless or at risk of homelessness• New service or increase in level of an existing service

Community Applications


Non-Profit Facility/Capital Improvement Projects – 3 applications• Acquisition, construction, rehabilitation or improvements that will make

a lasting community change• Joint applications with Clark County CDBG program



Economic Development Projects – 3 applications• Target to agencies that provide technical assistance and services to

small businesses/microenterprises



Housing Projects and Tenant-Based Rental Assistance – 10 applications• Acquire, construct and/or rehabilitate affordable housing for rent or

homeownership or provide direct rental assistance to low-income people• Fund at least one project owned by a CHDO



Housing Services – 4 applications• Tenant selection, case management and services to promote self-

sufficiency• Must be awarded in conjunction with HOME funding
