Security officer. • Day to day monitoring of all camera working and recording will be in place.• Move and keep old recording from DVR/NVR to Central Backup place• Vendor coordination for all Electronic Security and Safety product like Fire Detection /

Access control / CCTV Daily Monitoring of all the CCTV Camera and DI with Access Control

• Daily MIS Checklist Report to Customer Key Designated Responsible Officer via Email.• Check the Camera and Connectivity and Fault Finding.• Check the Fire Panel and Power Supply connectivity and Fault Finding.• In case if there is a power supply problem or Earthing Problem then info. To

Concern Electrical dept. and customer key Designated Responsible Officer [ DRO ]• Controlling user access rights and network security in NVR & DVR.• Daily Check the CCTV Camera Recording and submit check list.

Continuous Monitor the CCTV Camera & Daily checking of Safety & Security Equipments

SLA – Service Level Agreement • Service Window is base on customer requirement , 8 Hrs. Shift Duty. Per Person. • If there is any problem in Camera Recording due to Hardware problem then info. To customer key Person

as per Predefine Esc. Process.• Check the CCTV Camera Performance Monitoring and View Angle if it is not proper then set the correct

position and Angel • Suggest Customer in case if required to shift the camera or fire detector location. • Managing CCTV Hubs and Switches connectivity and do regular preventive maintenance • Troubleshooting CCTV connectivity problems & if there is any cable cut or damage then info. to Concern

Electrical dept. and customer key Designated Responsible Officer and do coordination with them• If any CCTV camera or Fire panel are under warranty then do the vendor coordination for service support.• Do Regular Preventive Maintenance and cleaning of all CCTV Camera once in a 3 month.• Proactive fault identification and do timely escalation to customer.• Daily MIS Report for Event with Recording.• Daily Productivity Report, Daily Attn. Report. Daily Fault Ticket Report with status. • Mobile Phone to Onsite Engineer will be provided by ITS .• In Case if any CCTV - CMS Engineer is on leave then Backup CMS Engineer

will come to the site in Plan Leave. • In Case if customer is not satisfy with Onsite CMS Engineer then

it will be replace with in 15 days • In case if any CMS Engineer will completed 1 year at site then same

will be replace and New Engineer will be place at the site.

Once the Order is Final then we will Sign the NDA and SLA Agreement on Stamp Paper
