• Situation scurvy of the existing Cloud related standards• Make most use of all the existing Cloud related standards, from

international to de factual ones all alike,• Fill the blanks of high value , if any, in areas where we are the best• Fulfill a Cloud Standards Guideline

• Since 2010: 50+ Cloud projects by existing TCs• 2013: A temporary project group consists of expertise from

TCs of CCSA• Drafts of a Guideline and CCSA Working Plan in Cloud

standards, especially for those urgently needed by the industry and authorities of China

• Telephone subscribers in China kept increasing. By the end of May, 2014, the total number subscribers reached 1.52 billion:• 1.26 billion mobile subscribers; - 470 million 3G and 4G subscribers;• 260 million fixed line subscribers;

By the end of May, 2014, Internet users reached 1.05 billion: • 197 million broadband users• 857 million Mobile Internet users;
