Consumer Education and Referral Services

Our services will include:• Free Parent Referrals to child care providers to meet

each family’s specific needs• Assist families in choosing high-quality child care• Inform families about the various types of child care

options (child care centers, family child care homes, early head start/head start programs, and school base programs)

• Provide information on community resources and financial assistance

• Offer resources on parenting and child development

Foundational Learning Opportunities

Our training will include foundational knowledge in:• ELDS (Louisiana Early Learning and Development

Standards) • CLASS (Classroom Assessment measuring Teacher-

Child Interactions)• TS GOLD (Child Assessment)• Other training modules will include but not limited to:

– child development, learning environments/room arrangement, positive guidance, transitions,

environment rating scales, orientation to FCC

Technical Assistance

Our Services will include:

• Basic Technical Assistance

• On-Site Targeted Technical Assistance
