Extensive experience in Investment Banking operations and training development and delivery for global investment banking and capital markets Airms like CapGemini, Nomura, JP Morgan and Stock Holding Corporation. Harish heads the training delivery, content development and faculty for Imarticus. Harish is CISI certiAied in advanced training delivery. Managing 300+ FTE’s in Investment Research and IB operations has given him an in-‐depth domain understanding of capital markets.
SANJEET MIRANDA FACULTY: FX DERIVATIVES
Sanjeet comes to us from Goldman Sachs with a deep understanding of OTC space for Foreign Exchange, Equities and understands the operational risks involved in his domain. In addition to his domain expertise, Sanjeet has worked extensively with Risk and Client Relationship teams globally to implement settlement and post conAirmation systems across the bank as part of his Business Analysis role. Sanjeet provides our participants with key insights to market middle products like SWIFT & CLS, an understanding of intercompany reconciliations, risk management and client onboarding along with a holistic view of the trade lifecycle.
ASHOK KUMAR KASI FACULTY: IB CAPITAL MARKETS
Ashok has over 9 years of experience of Ainancial training covering all global securities including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Mortgage Backed Securities and Mutual Funds. He has also trained in Corporate Actions, Trade Life Cycle and Risk Management topics such as Anti-‐Money Laundering, Escalation training and Data Protection. Seasoned Business and Risk management professional with a sound knowledge of Global Financial Markets and well versed in Crisis Management. He has worked in Canada, England, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates, with Global Financial Institutions i.e. Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Bank Danamon, Bank of Montreal, and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
S.K. MITRA
Mr. Mitra is Master of Science in Mathematics and MBA. He is a well known Ainancial services professional in India. He was actively involved in setting up the Merchant Banking Divisions of Bank Of India and Standard Chartered Bank in India. He was then the Country Head, Corporate and Investment Banking in American Express Bank. He was thereafter the Managing Director of GIC Mutual Fund. In 1994 he joined the Aditya Birla Group as the Director, Financial Services and set up a very successful Ainancial services business for the Group. He is currently Director, Advisor with a large number of companies in different industries.
TARANJIT JASWAL
Mr. Jaswal has over 13 years of experience in the Banking domain with specialized knowledge in Private Equity, Investments, Structured Finance and Derivatives. Taranjit Jaswal is currently the Director at Bank of America. Prior to Bank of America, Taranjit has worked at ICICI Venture , ICICI's Private Equity Fund of Funds team, and Citigroup in the Corporate & Investment Banking Division.
