Complete a “Christmas Event Reservation” form available from our website

Return the form to the Club with your confi rmation deposit of £10 per person

2. Confirming your Menu Choices

Complete the “Menu Choice Form”, also available from our website,

and return to the Club no later than 14 days prior to your event.

3. Finalising your Event

Settle the fi nal balance on your invoice no later than 14 days prior to the event.

Payments can be made by cheque, credit/debit card or BACS transfer.
