Service CoordinatorService Coordinators are responsible for the scheduling of customer appointments for service and providing telephone assistance to all callers to the Service Department, including routing and handling calls. This position is located in a call center environment.Requirements: Successful applicant will possess: an excellent speaking voice; highly articulate and grammatically accurate; PC literate; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; superior customer advocacy skills; a competitive drive; a basic understanding of automotive service; and the ability to work a 40 hour weekly schedule between the hours of 7am and 7pm, Monday through Saturday. Printer Circuit Board (PCB) Repair Technicians

This position services, maintains and repairs electronic printed circuit boards (PCB) received as returns from Field Service Centers. Develops schematic /procedures to describe and illustrate the PCB’s operating characteristics and troubleshooting methodology. Develops and maintains standard test apparatus or devices, test equipment, and circuitry to conduct functional and operational tests to evaluate performance and reliability of PCB’s repair in order to prepare for return service.

Position requires an experienced technician with education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma or GED with 2-5 years Printer Circuit Board Repair, electro-mechanical, or related manufacturing experience to the component level. Ability to analyze circuitry and develop troubleshooting and repair procedures. Candidate must possess good technical writing and verbal communication skills and be profi cient in digital electronics, circuitry, and test equipment. Must demonstrate advanced soldering skills with ability to train in more basic methods.

In addition, plans anddirects the disbursement and accounting of City revenues and expenditures.Serves as primary advisor to the City Manager on financial and administrativematters and in the development of the City's $554 million annual budget andcapital improvement plan.

Requires an excellent communicator, effective decision maker, strategic thinker,and the ability to effect change and provide direction in financial planning,development, and implementation, and must have demonstrated leadership abil-ities; a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or arelated field; Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or PublicAdministration is preferred; certified as a Public Accountant is preferred; and 6to 9 years of managerial accounting experience, preferably in a governmentalsetting similar to that of the City of Portsmouth; or any equivalent combinationof training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills andabilities.
