Care Corner’s Mandarin toll-free counselling service, known as: “Hotline 800” is open to the public from 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. daily, seven days a week all through the year except public holidays.
The helpline is available to anyone who needs someone to listen to their needs, struggles and difficulties. All calls are attended to by our team of 129 trained Mandarin-speaking hotline counsellors with expediency, ensuring confidentiality and anonymity.
