DAY 1 – Departure from NY Departure from NY – JFK international airport to Europe with one possible stop. Snacks and overnight on the plane.

DAY 2 – Milan arrival / Como free time Arrival in Milan international airport and meeting with your bilingual Tour Manager.

She/he will take care of all your needs during your Italian tour. Immediate departure to Como area.

Free time to recover from the long travel. Hotel accommodation, dinner and overnight.

Como: the lake capital town, surrounded by hills and mountains, boasts several artistic monuments from different historical periods and a breathtaking lake landscape just 40km away from Milan the charming town of Como offers plenty of things to enjoy and beautiful views. A local guide will be with you for a walking visit of the centre and will give you further suggestion for your spare time in the afternoon: get a boat ride and reach the famous lake village of Bellagio, or stop in other hidden villages and visit their centres, villas and parks… one day will not be enough!

Final transfer to your hotel in Como area: accommodation, dinner and overnight.

DAY 3 – San Siro / Casa Milan / Game #1 After breakfast, in the morning transfer downtown Milan. Your first stop will be in San Siro Stadium to visit the Famous Stadium in San Siro home to AC Milan and FC Internazionale.

A local bilingual tour guide will show you the green field, the official changing rooms of FC Inter and AC Milan, the sponsors corner and much more.

San Siro Stadium & the Museum: Created by Onorato Arisi, who placed all his memorabilia from his private collection into the Museum. He is the artistic director of the Museum and of the connected initiatives. Milan: Main city of Lombardy and capital of the Italian fashion Milan is synonymous with style: it is Italy’s economic engine room and the world’s design capital. A local guide will conduct you on a tour of the most important monuments representing Italian art and history. The tour starts at the Sforza Castle and continues with a visit of the Duomo, of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and of the historical centre.

Free rest of the time then transfer to a local sport centre to play your exhibition game n°1 vs. a local opponent.

Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight. OPTIONAL – Not included – opportunity to transfer to San Siro Stadium to attend a Serie A game (not included) according to the Italian Serie A calendar.

DAY 4 – Switzerland excursion and free time / Game #2 After breakfast, opportunity to visit the close country of Switzerland.

Lugano: Surrounded by mountains and a splendid lake, Lugano brings together all the characteristics of a metropolis of great style, despite maintaining the traits of a small city. Walking through the pedestrian area and its characteristic narrow streets your tour guide will make you discover architectural monuments from the past, bold examples of the work of contemporary Ticinesi architects, who are renowned all over the world.

Enjoy the elegant city of Lugano – free time to walk around and lunch on own. Later return to Italy to play your game n°1 vs. a local team. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 5 – Chievo Verona Serie A training day / Verona guided tour After breakfast, today transfer to Verona area for a soccer day with one of the Italian Serie A teams – Chievo Verona. Once there training session with one of Chievo Verona best pro coaches.

At the end of the training transfer to Verona city centre. Guided tour of the city of Romeo and Juliet but also the city which hosts the 2nd biggest arena after the Coliseum.

Verona: Known as “piccola Roma” (little Rome) for its importance in the days of Roman Empire, Verona is worldwide well known also as the home town of the Shakespearian characters of Romeo and Juliet and because of its amazing Roman arena where numerous plays and opera are still performed every year.

Lunch on your own and free time, then transfer again to Chievo Verona headquarter to play an exhibition game vs. one of their affiliate teams.

At the end of the day return to your hotel in Como area for dinner and overnight.

DAY 6 – Ferrari Museum / Montecatini Terme overnight Breakfast at your hotel then check out. Departure southern Italy to Tuscany. Your first stop will be at Ferrari Museum – enjoy these beautiful cars all together (entry ticket included).

Ferrari museum: A true custodian of the myth, the Galleria Ferrari of Maranello, the Company’s official exhibition, receives over 200,000 fans from all parts of the world every year. It houses cars, images and trophies that have characterized the history of the brand and have been hugely successful on commercial markets and worldwide circuits. This is one of the reasons why the Galleria Ferrari is not just a museum, that is a static collection of cars and objects, but a dynamic exhibition that is constantly renewed from time to time.

Lunch on your own, then your travel continue then to Tuscany, the region of green valleys. Stop in Montecatini Terme, nice SPA town. Final transfer to your hotel for accommodation, dinner and overnight.

Montecatini Terme: Spa and Art Nouveau city, Montecatini is a charming spa district with villas, masterpieces of spa and residential architecture, primarily constructed at the turn of the twentieth century and patronize by Italian, European and American VIPs. Montecatini Alto is the old city of Montecatini that is accessed by the quaint red cable car providing stunning views of the squares and alleyways, loved by Giuseppe Verdi who spent his summers here.

DAY 7 – Coverciano training / Florence guided tour After breakfast, transfer to Florence, the most important Tuscany city, home to the Italian movement of Renaissance. Your 1st stop will be at Coverciano, the Italian Soccer National Centre.

Coverciano – created and wanted by 2 important Florence people, Luigi Ridolfi and Dante Berretti, who wanted to create one sole point to join all the numerous activities of the Italian Soccer, from the technical and sport point of view. It was officially opened in 1958, on November the 6th Coverciano is equipped also with a swimming pool and a gym. One of their FIGC qualified coach will be there to teach you all the secrets of the Italian ‘Calcio’. After the training, you will have the opportunity to visit the Coverciano Museum with all the cups and trophies!

At the end, transfer downtown. Lunch on your own then meeting with a local guide who will take you to the main points of interest like the Goldsmith Bridge, Piazza della Signoria, the Statue of David and many others.

Firenze: In a valley on the banks of the River Arno and set among low hills covered with olive groves and vineyards, Florence is immediately captivating. Cradle of the Renaissance and home of Machiavelli, Michelangelo and the Medici, the city seems unfairly burdened with art, culture and history. Your guided tour will touch Piazza della Signoria, the cathedral and other highlights of the historical centre.

At the end of the day return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 8 – Wine and food tasting / Game #3 After breakfast, free time in Montecatini. Later in the morning transfer to one of the local farm for a delicious food and wine tasting.

Fattoria Il Poggio (Tuscany): The history of the farm “Il Poggio” is nearly as ancient as its land, which has always rewarded men´s hard work with quality fruit. The fame of Il Poggio’s wines has been testified since 845 when it was acclaimed in the archiepiscopal archives of Lucca. At that time the estate belonged to the ancient farm of “San Piero in Campo”. Today the farm is owned by lord Gualtiero Rossi.

Later in the afternoon transfer to a local sport centre to play your exhibition game n°3.

Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Montecatini Terme.

DAY 9 – Pisa free time / Game #4 After breakfast, in the morning transfer to the close city of Pisa for some free time in the city of the Leaning Tower. Take picture near the Tower!

Pisa: Once, in briefly, a maritime power to rival Genoa and Venice, Pisa now draws its frame from an architectural project gone terribly wrong: its Leaning Tower. But the city offers quite a deal more: indeed the tower is only one element of the trio of Romanesque beauties astride the green carpet of Campo dei Miracoli – along with Piazza San Marco in Venice one of Italy’s most memorable squares.

Lunch on your own then in the afternoon transfer to a local sport centre to play your last exhibition game.

Dinner and overnight in Montecatini Terme.

DAY 10 – Departure to USA After breakfast, transfer to Milan international airport to take your flight back home to USA. Ciao Ciao Italia!
