Quality recruiment:

In order to have a highly proficient staff who can meet the needs of a company aspiring to be first-tier, CBM manages personnel inputs rigorously and thoroughly.

100% of CBM’s employees have bachelor’s degrees at leading institutions in the country such as Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, National University of Civil Engineering, Water Resources University, etc. Having a university education is a prerequisite, but not a sufficient condition for hiring at CBM.

Candidates meeting the tertiary education requirement will under-go a challenging testing process designed by CBM’s management in order to identify the most appropriate hires according to the company’s recruiting criteria.

Systematic training:

Quality inputs provide many advantages during work assignment and personnel utilization. However, CBM takes a step further by training its staff in-depth so that no individual’s capability is under-mined and the company’s culture is strongly enforced.

The training process consists of 2 components. First, the compa-ny provides short courses designed to enhance technical staff’s professional capacity, including updating industry’s know-hows, introducing new design and building methods, as well as giving instructions in the field of environmental protection and green building. Second, CBM also arranges on-the-job training for employees, where new hires continuously are mentored continu-ously by executives and superiors and peers. These hard and soft training approaches are both aimed at strengthening the organiza-tion’s human resources in both technical proficiency as well as team work aptitude.
