Hello everyone! Welcome to the first edition of our company newsletter! Despite our distance apart, we hope to share information, market data, and fun things that occur in our company. The real estate business is a dynamic, changing thing, and always has been. Every real estate market is different. As they say, real estate is a local business. But the fundamentals are the same everywhere. We are in the lead generation business. Without prospects, clients, and inventory we are “out of business”. All that we do is dedicated to helping our agents become more successful . Even though change is never easy, it is our pledge to continue to bring you new ideas, new training opportunities, cutting edge technology and keep you abreast of changes as they occur in our industry. As a Coldwell Banker affiliate company, and one that has had Chairman’s Circle status for the past 21 years, you have a lot to be proud of. Less than 10% of Coldwell Banker companies are Cartus principal brokers. We have that honor in all 4 of our markets. Winning the Cartus Cup in El Paso is the highest recognition a company can receive. Only one company of 450 nationwide can receive this honor each year. Coldwell Banker Patterson Properties had 15 volunteers that gave of their time. Steve Wool (pictured) brought the horses and gave over 100 pony rides. Bill Feist, Jerry Delgado, Vickie Boulden, Julie Jimenez, Linda Parker, Winona Corp, and Lance Powell (pictured) passed out hundreds of balloons. Judy Curtis gave out lots of popcorn!! Max Puello, Royce Sprott, and Scott Alexander moved them in and out of the bounce house. Numerous oth-ers gave of their time. All agents participated in a $1,000 donation.
