CAVAVAC INVEST’ provides you, through its EHD London partner (a secure bonded warehousing facility), with: • The storage of your bottles under the best conservation conditions (air-conditioned cellars with a guaranteed constant temperature and humidity). • Insurance protecting your cellar against theft, breakage or spoilage. • Monthly temperature controls performed by our partner Thermoveritas.

CAVACAVE INVEST’ actively manages your cellar with its partner Wine forecasts® and recommends actions to achieve your goals. Portfolio Management Terms and Fees

Subscription Rates 6 % (invoiced at contract signature)

Management Fees Option 1 : 2 % of purchase value, each year. The money invested is tied-up for three years.Option 2 : 3% of purchase value, each year. The money invested remains available.

Performance Fees 20 % on capital appreciation above 5 % per year

Ownership Full and exclusive client ownership.

Assessment Quarterly assessment with reports and analyses: an advisor available 24/7

Warehousing This service is directly invoiced by the warehousing company.
