Ways To Use Original BBQ Sauce�
A very versaDle BBQ sauce, in between a tradiDonal BBQ sauce and a glaze. This glazing ability is what sets it apart from the others. Also very burn resistant which makes it user friendly.
Excels on red meats and is very good on chicken, pork and salmon.
Oven bake or braise beef or pork ribs covered with CBZ Original unDl 75% done, baste 2 more Dmes unDl done.
Excellent finish for steaks and burgers; almost giving it a “cooked over mesquite” type of finish.
Cedar Planked Salmon -‐ full course or appeDzers. Plank small pieces or do one with Honey Hot and one with Original. Or one piece half with Honey Hot they other half with Original.
As above this also works well with grilled vegetables but use sparingly and near the end of the cooking cycle.

Ways To Use Sweet Chili Sauce�
Ca%le Boyz Sweet chili Sauce, and works well as a glaze on a variety of products, especially on Chicken, Pork, Salmon, Halibut, Sea Bass. All of the above is best applied at 85 -‐ 90 % of the cooking process as the heat will bond the sauce to the product be%er.

Pulled Pork/Beef �
Ca%le Boyz pulled pork and beef is already cooked, already sauced. Simply heat and serve. A very well suited product when speed of service is paramount. Product holds well in a steam tray, or soup warmer.
Using only Canadian Beef, we slow cook our pork, and beef, to the point of when it’s tender enough to gently shred it. Then, using our Ca%le Boyz Original BBQ Sauce, we baste the product and package it -‐ Gluten Free, No MSG Added, No Ar?ficial Flavorings Added. The result is a very tasty and fast prepared meal for your whole family. A great change from hamburgers. Simply heat in the bag on the stove in water or microwave and serve on a fresh bun.

First step is to create awareness for the program. Cattle Boyz Foods will create mini-marketing strategy, and the marketing material (print and digital; and the custom labelling) with Calgary Folk Fest.
The campaign is executed with the help of Calgary Folk Fest to its patrons/supporters – they have the choice to opt into in the program; there’s no hard sell.
Cattle Boyz handles payment processing and fulfilment… and gives Calgary Folk Fest a cheque every month.

2. They are billed on their credit cards on a monthly basis for their product choices (i.e., a case of Cattle Boyz BBQ sauce, beef jerky, or spices, plus any partner products like 28-day aged AB Beef, Rouxbe Online Cooking Classes, or Kobe Classic Beef)
3. Fulfillment is handled by Cattle Boyz, and packages are shipped directly to STAR patrons’ homes
4. Cattle Boyz direct deposits or gives cheques to Calgary Folk Fest on a pre-determined basis (monthly, quarterly, etc.). The amount Calgary Folk Fest receives depends on the what the final sale price of the products is determined to be.
