The production of the solar division concentrates on two types of products: forced circulation solar collectors and ‘Heat Pipe’ systems, both developed using the principle of vacuum pipes as absorbent surface.The quality standards offered are certifi ed as being among the best in Europe, above all thanks to the successful fusion between raw materials and the latest generation of machinery with the experience of personnel who are specialised and qualifi ed in the sector. The result is widespread control over the individual components and the fi nished product.
Also, in the renewed establishment KT Solar (over 8.000 square meters), research and development never stops, because the aim is to anticipate the market and not only confront it with the right product.

INTEGRATED HYDROPACK MODULE
Kloben forced circulation system mod. TOTALENERGY NRG 600 designed for the production of ACS hot sanitary water and the heating supplement.
It is composed of a Pufferspeicher steel cylinder with 600 litres capacity equipped with stratifying device to optimise the different temperatures inside the storage and coil solar exchanger, able to gua-rantee high thermal exchange performances. The tank is equipped with multiple attachments for the connection of the heating circuits and for the auxi-liary heating contribution, supplied by one or more boilers and/or heat generators of different nature. The NRG 600 system is equipped with expanded polyurethane heat insulation which allows the elimination of heat channels and supplies a high level of insulation to the whole tank. The system is equipped with a plug in type Low Flow solar sta-tion pre-installed on the storage tank casing for the management of circulation in the solar circuit, by means of differential control, complete with valves
for filling and draining the system and safety and regulation instruments. Integrated in the solar sta-tion is the EASY model solar circuit management control unit which allows the variation of the main functioning parameters of the solar circuit, depen-ding on the specific requirements of each system. The preparation of domestic hot water is supplied by the Hydro Pack type integrated module which works on the basis of the direct exchange principle. The Hydro Pack module allows the continuous and instantaneous heating of hot water for sanitary use. It is a plug and play system applied and connected directly on the cylinders’ shell, ready for connec-tion to the water network, which does not require further hydraulic and electrical connections or con-nection to additional tanks for hot water storage.

Kloben solar collector mod. SKY 8 CPC 58 composed of a series of borosilicate glass pipes with double air gap, welded at the end, inside which a vacuum is caused. The internal air gap is made selective due to the absorption of solar electromagnetic radiation through a multi-layer metallisation called “CERMET”, created using completely recyclable products.
The absorption unit is made up of a copper cir-cuit bent into a ‘’U’’ shape, positioned in contact with specific aluminium heat absorbers, which increase the heat exchange surface. Each unit is contained in a glass pipe, and is then connected in parallel to a collector situated on the head of the panel, which collects the carrier fluid which flows through every circuit. A metal frame with electro-coloured aluminium edging of a suitable thickness, as envisaged by regulations for sali-ne mist corrosion resistance. The assembly of the individual components which make up the structure takes place using special brackets for
simplified interlocking assembly.The protective structure of the copper distribu-tion collector is made of electro-coloured alumi-nium, fully insulated with special non-flammable class 0 (ISO - DIS 1182.2) insulation, which is water repellent with low biopersistence. Low iri-descence rolled section (regulations EN 573/3 - EN 485/2 - EN 485/4 and standard test for ano-dic oxidation DIN 50943) purposely created to reflect with percentages greater than 90% of the total light, taking advantage of the CPC (Com-pound Parabolic Concentrator) system.

Every cylinder is made of steel, integrated with a V4A stainless steel rapid exchanger for the production of D.H.W., as well as a solar coil which guarantees a high potential thanks to the large exchange surface. The reduced volume of permanently available D.H.W. and the innovative principle of continuous flow guarantees total protection for the water contained in this tubular storage tank against legionella and other deposits. Also, the stratifying pipe inserted in the lower part of
the cylinder transmits a gradual release of return wa-ter from the heating circuit, allowing the optimisation of the different temperatures inside the storage. Insu-lation made up of self-extinguishing hard polyuretha-ne in removable caps. The installation times and the clearances necessary for the installation are reduced, also thanks to the multiple attachments available on both sides of the storage and to the insulation of the removable caps.

The new Kloben mod. SOLEMIO solar dual-circuit controller meets the requirements of all modern solar energy systems’ fundamental layouts. In particular, alongside single-circuit so-lar energy systems series GRAND SOLEIL, this includes “combined solar energy systems” for heating series TOTALENERGY. Combined solar energy systems are either 2 storage tank systems, or a combined storage tank system in which one „combined“ storage tank provides hot water for heating, as well as hot drinking water.The large animated graphic display visualises the operating statuses, and shows not only the current temperature, but also the minimum and maximum temperature values. More modules of the Rollaway system can be connected for mounting solutions with collectors in seri-es.
In presence of roofs with particular breathability features check that the insertion of the built-in tank will not invalidate the steam permeability features requested and the other specific problems.

The channels are formed by the sequence of the plates and the holes on the angles are provided so that the two thermal exchange fluids can flow through alternate channels, always with countercur-rent flow. The brased welding around the plate’s circumference guarantees sealing and maintains the fluids inside the channels separated. The contact points of the plates are brased welded to increase resistance to the pressure of the treated fluids. Suita-ble for application on medium-large sized

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Kloben insulating sheath, for components’ thermal insulation of systems functioning with high temperature fluids and located in external environments.
Made of extruded and expanded elastomer with closed cells without the use of CFC and PVC. The particular formulation guarantees its suitability in external environment. The resistance to the effect of UV rays and high temperatures gives the product stability and maintains the main properties of the material over time: low value of thermal conductivity and high resistance to the diffusion of water steam. The high flexibility of the product guarantees a fast and easy installation, with notable cost savings on the labour and on the finishing materials.

Solar Keymark certifi cation is part of the Keymark body of standards, developed by CEN, the Euro-pean Committee for Standardization of regulations regarding the quality of technological products introduced onto the market.This certifi cation is assigned to products manufactured in series and which have already obtained legal certifi cation. The Solar Keymark is the specifi c trademark for products in the solar thermal sector, desired and sponsored by ESTIF (the European Solar Thermal Industry Federation) to identify products which have not only obtained certifi cation in accordance with the legal standards envisaged by CEN/CENELEC, but have also reached the highest standards of quality in the sector. Over time, Keymark certifi cation envisages checking and controlling of the production process quality management system, of all company processes connected to this and of sales on the market and customer assistance for certifi ed products. The Solar Keymark is the only trademark recognised on a European level, suggested and supported by ESTIF, which allows customers to recognise the solar systems, produced in series, which have passed quality, duration and reliability tests and therefore to choose collectors and solar systems with quantity levels which conform to European Standards. It has established itself “de facto” as the solar thermal European quality trademark.

NOTES
1. The order is only valid as a reservation and does not commit the com-pany to total or partial delivery. The order is accepted and the sales contract is considered finalised at the moment in which Kloben receives a copy of the order confirmation proposal also containing the general sales conditions which regulate supply, duly signed by the purchaser.
2. Kloben has the power to vary the prices indicated, the delivery deadlines and the methods of payment, even after the issue of the order confirmation proposal.
3. The delivery deadlines are only approximate: any delays in delivery within 120 days of the envisaged date will not entitle the purchaser to indem-nity and/or compensation for damages.
4. Delivery is normally as soon as available, unless agreed differently and explicitly indicated in the order.
5. The return of the material is to be carried out carriage paid. Our re-sponsibility ceases with the delivery to the purchaser or to the carrier. The material travels at the purchaser’s own risk even if sold carriage paid and therefore no disputes will be accepted for any breakages or tampering. Any agreements with carriers, including the sum and payment of the price of transportation, are always considered concluded in the name of or on behalf of the purchaser who from this moment onwards accepts and confirms our actions.
6. All payments must take place at our office within the deadline indicated. In the event of delayed payment, the defaulting purchaser will be required to pay interest on the delayed payment from the contractual due date. The pay-ment of the invoices will take place in the currency shown on them. Should the currency shown on the invoice no longer exist, the payment must take place using the currency which has replaced the one shown on the invoice. This eventuality will have no effect on contractual deadlines, prolonging the continuity of the contract itself, nor will it give the right to modify or annul the general conditions unilaterally.
7. In the event that payment deadlines are not respected, Kloben will also have the power to suspend the delivery of the material, totally or partially, even if relative to order confirmations duly accepted in accordance with the-se general sales conditions.
8. The material is considered sold with retention of title agreement and therefore remains the property of Kloben until the full price has been paid.
9. Any complaints regarding the material must be made within 8 days of its arrival at the purchaser. The purchaser must pay for the carriage costs to return the faulty product to Kloben.
10. All Kloben products are carefully tested in the plant; they are therefore covered by a warranty for a period of two years from the date of issue of the invoice. The warranty regards the free replacement or repair of the compo-nent parts of the goods supplied which result as being faulty at source due to manufacturing faults.
11. Any damage caused by incorrect product operation must be reported within 24 hours, communicating the name of the damaged party and the ap-proximate amount of the damage. Subsequently, the photographs regarding the damage must be sent, together with the accused product, for laboratory examination. Everything which can highlight the extent of the damage (ma-terial etc.), must be kept available to Kloben until the end of the affair.
12. Kloben does not accept any responsibility for damage or injury to persons, animals or things deriving from the use of the appliance without observing the safety provisions or appliances which are installed incorrectly and/or without undertaking user checks.
13. Complaints or disputes will under no circumstances give the purcha-ser the right to skip or delay payments for the supply.
14. The purchaser can under no circumstances return the material without our express written authorisation. In the event of strikes or lockouts, the reduced or inexistent supply of raw material, transportation difficulties, wars, insurrections, interruptions in communication caused in any way, system
faults and any other unexpected event, we reserve the right to suspend the deliveries and even cancel duly accepted orders without the purchaser ha-ving the right to ask for any indemnity or compensation for damages.
15. Each contract annuls and replaces any previous agreement between the parties regarding the same subject.
16. Any modification to the contract must be signed by both parties.
17. The descriptions and photographs contained in the Kloben pricelist are intended for information only and are not binding. Kloben reserves the right to modify its products technically or aesthetically in any way giving no notice.
