ARL-500 Functional Programmable Lift Control Card

All system parameters can be adjusted by using 6 buttons and an LCD placed on the card; Can be used with any command type up to 48 floors; Can be used at one speed, two speed, speed controlled and hydraulic lifts without any

extra parts. System can be selected from the menu;

Can be used in group operation up to 8 elevators; All panels in the group are same and no extra panel is needed; Serial communication and pre-wired installation with car and landing modules via CAN

BUS;

Floor detection is carried out by counter or encoder system. When an encoder is used, braking and stopping adjustment can be made by using the buttons on the card or the

buttons on the car panel;

Can be used in high speed elevators; Saving errors on system (last 256 records) with date and time information enables to track

past errors in detail;

Automatic door control according to the stops is achieved by double automatic door support;

ARL-200S Functional Programmable Lift Control Card

All system parameters can be adjusted by using 4 buttons and an LCD placed on the card; Can be used with any command type up to 16 floors; Can be used at one speed, two speed and VVVF lifts without any extra parts. System can

be selected from the menu;

Can be used in group operation up to 2 elevators. All panels in the group are same and no extra panel is needed;

Only two cables are needed for group communication; Floor detection is carried out by counter system. Only 3 magnetic switches for one speed

and 4 for two speed systems including limit switches are used for any number of floors;

An error code with its explanation is displayed on the LCD in case of an abnormal condition (e.g.. H1:Door cannot be locked);

At normal condition the lift can be monitored by messages on the LCD (Waits for calls, high speed, low speed, inspection);

Each floor can be labeled by an alphanumeric character (L, P, E, F, H, b, o, 0, 1, 2, 3...); 7 Segment and signalization outputs are short-circuiting protected. In case of a short

circuit, the related output is shut down until problem is removed and a message stating

which output is in short-circuit is displayed on LCD (D segment short circuit);

Only 15 cables are enough for system to work by using serial car connection (FX_SERI) which reduces labor and cable costs;

No extra switch is needed at high speed lifts (1.6 m/sec) for early slow down; Turkish, English, Dutch, Romanian, French language menu options; Designed according to European Lift Standard EN-81.

ARL-100 Control Card For Simple Systems

An economical and practical card for one speed or two speed simple push button lifts up to 8 floors;

System consists of only one unit (22 cm x 11 cm); Floor detection is carried out by counter system. Only 3 magnetic switches for one speed

and 4 for two speed systems including limit switches are used for any number of floors;

All system parameters (Number of floors, busy delay, door lock wait time, automatic door yes-no, max. floor to floor travel time, fire park floor, max. time to wait for door close, stop

at floor level on inspection) can be adjusted by user via 3 buttons and 7-segment display

on the card;

7-segment display indicates the car position at normal condition and displays an error code at abnormal condition;

Fire alarm input, earthquake sensor input, over-load input, car priority switch input, direction arrow, car lamp, busy , out of service and automatic door outputs are available;

7-segment and signalization outputs are short-circuit protected; Designed according to European Lift Standard EN-81.

AKUS-SD Combi Emergency Rescue Card

In case of mains failure it moves the lift which stopped between two floors to floor level, opens the automatic door and passengers are evacuated in safety;

For lifts with automatic doors, if mains failure occurs at floor level, door is opened and passengers are evacuated;

Can be applied to all one speed, two speed or speed-controlled systems; Suitable for asynchronous drives; Works open loop. No need to put a sensor on the motor; Includes an internal transformer; Gets the power from 5 pieces of batteries which need no maintenance; Thanks to smart battery charge system which does not tire the batteries and makes them

work for many years;

Because it is integrated into control panel, all the connections necessary for emergency unit is done in fabric. So the setup time is minimized;

No safety circuit connection is needed. Safety circuit connection is only made to lift controller;
