Our Universal and Hinge-screws meet the requirements of both NEN-5096 and NEN-EN-1627 to NEN-

1630, therefore they are approved for use in safety fittings according the Dutch approval for ‘save living®’.

Dynaplus® AR-Coating is a high corrosion-resistant, organic coating. The hardened carbon steel screws are first

galvanized before they get the surface treatment with our patented Dynaplus® Anti-Corrosion coating.

This coating is made of four different layers and has an excellent self-recovering ability. For example, when the screw

is slightly damaged by the bit during screwing, the AR-coating is able to recover this damage.

The Swedish research institute SITAC has shown that Dynaplus® AR-coating screws sustained the salt spray

test over 2.000 hours, according to the Nordtest-methode “NT MAT 003”. Due to this result our screws meet the

highest standard of corrosion resistance class: SITAC C4:

Universal screws OutdoorThe best alternative for stainless screws

As a world wide novelty Dynaplus® presented in 2005, the Universal Outdoor screw with Anti-Rust Coating C4 as an

alternative to stainless steel A2 screws.

Dynaplus® AR - Coating is a corrosion -resistant, organic coating. The hardened carbon steel screws are first galvanized

before they get the surface treatment with Dynaplus® Anti-Corrosion Coating. This coating is build up out of four

different layers and has an excellent self-recovering ability which provides a permanent corrosion protection to the

screw. For example, when the screw is slightly damaged by the bit during screwing, the AR coatings is able to recover

the small damage.

Besides the excellent anticorrosion properties, Dynaplus® AR - coated screws have another great advantage compared

to stainless steel screws. The Dynaplus screws are made of hardened carbon steel and so they are up to twice as strong

as stainless. No more breaking off during screwing!

Decking screwsThe strongest screw for building a deck

Dynaplus® AR-coating screws are also available in a special decking screw type. This screw has a special 60° small flathead with sharp cutting nibs which penetrates easily in the decking boards. The screws have a bronze coloured AR coating, which matches well to the wood for a nice finish. Dynaplus® decking screw is provided with a special drill point that reduces the splitting of the wood. Pre-drilling is not necessary in most cases. The coated carbon steel Dynaplus® decking screws are almost two times stronger than stainless steel decking screws, therefore they are easy to apply in hard woods like ‘Bangkirai wood’

This benefit, combined with a better corrosion resistance than stainless steel A2, makes the Dynaplus® decking screw the perfect screw for both the do-it-yourselfer and the professional carpenter.

Alternative for coach screw Wood construction screws are a perfect alternative to the old-fashioned coach screws,

they are much stronger, have a better pullout strength and are much easier to use

because they are easy to handle with a powerdriver. Because of the big TX-drive you

have an optimum power transmission from the bit to the screw so this means more

NEW: Cutting Point We have added an extra cutting point at the tip of the 6,0 and 8,0mm screws next to the

special cross-sections. Due to this addition the screws have a higher pre-drilling capacity

and screw in even more easily.

Wood construction scews, with a wide washer head and TX-drive, are specially designed for connecting wooden beams and load-bearing timber structures. Due to the large head diameter of the screw, it has a large bearing and clamping capacity. Because of this the screw can carry a heavier load so you need less mouting points in a wooden construction. When you make a wood-on-wood connection you want the screw to pull the two pieces of wooden beams strongly together, therefore we use partial thread on the screws with a length of 80 mm and more. The special knurled part above the screw thread pre-drills some extra space, allowing the slightly thicker shank to go easily into the wood for a better tightening capacity. Because the shank goes in easy through the second wooden beam, it will strongly thightend against the first wooden beam. The knull allows the second part to be pulled strongly against the first one.

A sustainable solution for coated hinges

Dynaplus® Hinge-screws are specially designed for mounting door and window hinges and fittings. The head diameter of the screw is slightly smaller than the universal screw and fits perfectly into the screw holes of the hinge. Available in two sizes:4,0 x 40 -> diameter head 7mm -> several types of fittings4,5 x 40 -> diameter head 8mm -> mainly doorhinges

The head has no serrations and a special shape which provides for a nice and smooth finish in the screw holes. The screws are very strong but still flexible, the change of breaking the head during installation is because of that very small.

Dynaplus® hinge-screws are also available in a coated version for use in combination with coated hinges and fittings and locks. The silver colored AR-coating C4 matches perfectly with the coating found on hinges.

Several brands like AXA®, BSW®, en Maco® developed hinges with a coating for special applications where stainless steel is not an option. For example environments which contain salty or chemicly poluted air or even acidic evironments (swimming pool, environment or at stables). Our Dynaplus® hinge-screws with AR-coating are the perfect and durable combination for these coated hinges. Another good combination is with in acid modified wood like Accoya®.

Dynaplus® MDF-screws are designed to connect two MDF panels or boards without splitting the material on the end of the grain. Pre-drilling is not required, until three centimeters on the edge of the panel. The screws have a high pull-out strength which leads to a solid connection between both panels. In addition, we have an extra small 75 º flathead with cutting nibs which provides a smooth and clean countersunk into the MDF material.

These screws are also very suitable to be used in chipboard, plywood and

Dynaplus® TX bits are made of high-grade chrome vanadium S2 hardened steel which provides a first-rate professional quality. The bits are made slighlty concial shaped, this ensures a good bit fit in combination with our Dynaplus® screws. This makes screwing easy.

The bits are packed in so-called “Tic-Tac” dispensers. Each dispenser contains 15 bits, sizes T15 to T40, easy to keep for the professional user.

Besides the dispensers we have 32-piece Dynaplus® bitset with a wide range of univeral bits and the special Dynaplus® TX-bits. The new TX-bits are color coded so you can easily find the correct TX drive. The bitset also contains a magnetic bit holder for an easy and quick changing of bits.
